Just try…………………….chewing each mouthful at least 30 times, this will help you in eating slowly, you will also eat less at each meal and digest your food in the correct way to lose weight. , this will help you to avoid acidity in your body, depending on what you eat and when to achieve great health benefits.

Feel it……………………….Make your bedroom a fantastic calm zone, the one thing we maybe ignore about stress is that it steals our sleep, how, many of us take our work into the bedroom with us, leave your laptop, phone etc., downstairs or in a room you are leaving………make sure your bedroom is always a calm zone, don’t fall asleep with your gadgets charging at the side of you, chill a little before you go to sleep, prepare yourself for that wonderful feeling of slipping into your sheets and comfy bed, maybe read a little, take a bath, use dim lighting have a nice warm caffeine free drink and just relax, before anything else.

Love it………………………..Focus on lovely food, a great detox juice, can help to lower blood pressure and help with weight loss, blend 10 green apples and 1 celery stick in a juicer, add the juice of 1 lemon and 3cm ginger, add a further juice of a lemon plus ginger to taste and drink !! Relax and reap the wellbeing benefits.

Stress and anxiety is very much part of our everyday living nowadays, and some of the causes can at times be impossible to escape, however you can learn to minimize the effect it has on you, the negativity on your body by controlling your breathing. when you focus on your thoughts and your slow deep breathing, this is a proven fact of helping to reduce your stress and anxiety, it will also reduce your heart rate. There is a wonder yoga technique from Pranayama yoga, for starters this is excellent, sit  or lie in a quiet room, place one hand over your abdomen and one on your chest, this way you will feel your breathing. Focus on inhaling and exhaling via the nose, you should feel your breath begin to slow and become deeper and calmer.

Try it…………………………Multivitamins are a great help, however this is not one size fits all, so you need to get expert advise, however the one vitamin we all seem to need is vitamin D , especially in the winter, we need sunshine and depending where we live we may need it more than others. 

Feel it…………………………for less stress add magnesium, you know we should all drink water !! more water than we do… .you will find if you read the water bottles some will have more magnesium that others, it is worth taking note, however you cannot bath in mineral water everyday, but we can add mineral salts to our daily or weekly bath, this will give us a spa like experience. Most of us are deficient in magnesium which provokes stress, headaches muscle tension , by adding magnesium flakes into your bath it will reduce muscle tension and help sleep.

Believe it………………..Body brushing works ! It is well worth investing in a pure bristle skin brush, the type you can hold in the palm of your hand, starting at your feet brush your skin with long overlapping strokes upwards from your calves up your thighs, and then your stomach then work up to your arms always aiming towards the heart, just five mins a day will do away with dry skin, it boosts your circulation and will give your skin a great healthy glow

Love it……………………..start to enjoy your exercise and you will stick with it, nothing is more sure of being dropped as something you dread and do not look forward to at all, dancing is a great form of exercise and can tone and firm your muscles, it will increase your strength and flexibility and don’t forget it can be great fun…starting dancing today, even if it is only around your home.

Feel it…………………..Stretch out everyday, it is a great way to start your day, a good long stretch , stand tall, raise those arms above your head and slowly roll your head and neck down, lowering your arms as you go, let your upper body drop as far down as is comfortable, keeping legs straight, breathe slowly and on every out breath try to lower your hands further down your legs to the floor. Don’t bounce or force yourself, maintain the stretch for a moment and let the blood flow to your head, now slowly unfurl, one vertebra at a time, until you are upright.
