You may be worried about reaching 60, or you may be thinking it is so far away, but you know if we are lucky in many ways we will reach 60 and I hope enjoy it, today 60 is still young………so much to do and so much that you already know.
It should be a time in life when you should be realising how tremendously lucky you are, hoping your health is good, you are in a good well-being state and positive, you can enjoy your children in a different way,(they are adults also) and you can enjoy your grandchildren, which is a wonderful experience within its self and nothing to do with what you taught your children, it is a totally different ball game, with different rules and regulations !!
This is the time of life that we start to like ourselves, we have gone through 6 decades of learning and getting things right and getting things wrong, we have had time to know ourselves well, and time to like ourselves for who we are.
We appreciate our beauty, our internal beauty that shines from afar, we have no problem with letting people see us for who and what we are.People are attracted to you for your internal beauty.
You will be true to yourself, you will stand for what you believe in and put your opinion forward, you will stand up for yourself in a totally different way due to your experience in life.
You will know your own worth, every single part of you, you will know what you are good at and what you are bad at, and will have no problem in expressing those points, you know what you deserve and should settle for nothing less.
You now know that life is precious, that time goes quickly, and that you have more time behind you than you have in front of you, life is getting short and certain things will no longer have any space in your life, and others will take on great importance.
You will be open to love, this meaning yourself and others, you will be aware of your female power to bring children into the world and have watched them grow. You will also be open to love with a partner on your life journey, you will know what you want and don’t want, you can find your soul mate in friendship also.
You will have many things to share, many contributions to give, you have lived a full life and with that comes all your experience that can be shared.
As they say, you can go for it ! you can go for what ever you want, there is nothing to stop you……..do it, you have no fear……………
You will have the power you need, having been there and done that ! there are few things which will escape you, you may not be an expert on everything, but, you will have a good base on life and its subjects.
You will still turn heads………….you are young at heart,but most of all you are confident in yourself and this can give you the point of attraction that is sensual and connected to your female power.
So, I hope that you now realise how important it is to live life to the full, every age is important and just think of everything you still have to look forward to!!

i just know when i hit 30 3 years ago, i was just DONE with my 20s, i dont even think 30s or 60s are even "old" as i used to think!
