Time for relaxation and serentiy

How much time do you give to yourself, if your answer is no or not a lot, I suggest you start now on a little personal challenge and change a few habits and place relaxation and serenity in your life, you need it and you will feel better for it and maybe even be able to do a little more, due to your readjustment in your normal routine. You can only benefit so loosening up and discovering life with less stress can be quite amazing.

You could start with simple things that maybe you have wanted to do for a while and you just put it of, it could be something as easy as enjoying reading the daily paper, instead of flashing through it, take your time, have a coffee an actually read the newspaper, maybe you want to clean something and keep pushing it to the bottom of the list, or it could be a nice walk in the park, whatever it maybe give attention and time to you, it is no good giving it to everyone else and excluding yourself.

How do you breathe, do you actually give yourself time to breathe correctly? The base of everything we do involves our breathing, breathing is life, it is a miracle in itself where we gain our energy and eliminate the toxins we carry around with us, when we breathe deeply and our conscious of what we are doing it gives us the ability to become calm and control the situation around us, today, when you feel angry, stressed or just have had enough breath deeply various times and concentrate on what you are doing, let the air in and let the air out, you will be amazed at how you change both physically and mentally the way you feel. We really do forget to breathe correctly deeply and relax, but we can get used to it again with a little practice, to get back into this correctly you will need to find a quiet spot for you, sitting or lying down or even standing closed your eyes and give your full attention to your breathing, let your shoulders drop allowing them to relax, trying to place as much space as possible from your ears, now take note of how the air you are breathing in flows through your body and leaves, just observe don’t try to control anything, this is all you need to do, give time and attention to yourself, you will never regret it.

How you spend your mornings..

Mornings are the most important time of our day, we decide how our day is going to be, we may do this consciously or not, our first reaction is what marks the whole plan for the day if we wake irritable and tired we will remain that way all day, in fact, it will escalate and become much worse, not a good recipe for a promising day, we will be this way with ourselves, our colleagues our children and partner, with people in general and depending on what kind of a job you have, the outcome could be very bad for you, imagine arguing with your partner or family before you leave your home, all maybe because you have not slept enough, this is where the importance of sleep applies, if you have a tired child you know the performance you are going to go through, so imagine that in adult form and size, not a pretty site and certainly not a good way to start your day, because that initial squabble will stay with you all day, you will take it with you to work or your environment and other people will suffer the consequences, which you really should apologise for, but probably won’t …… your attitude is everything and this is what people feel who are around you, at times you do not need to speak, your body language tells it all, so how do we avoid this not so nice person, sleep is very important, we cannot lack in that area, when we sleep we restore ourselves within and wake in a distinct frame of mind, then if we lack sleep, always give yourself enough time to do what you know you need to accomplish, many people resent waking earlier, but it is for your own good, you and your loved one’s reap the benefits, give yourself the time you need, everyone is different in the morning and we all have our little rituals, if you jump out of bed late and rush around frantically you will have that racing feeling inside and you have already upset your time, plan your day, even down to what you will be wearing,( this is a great plus, particularly if you have to look after others in a morning also) you know how long you need for yourself, so give it to yourself you deserve it, to feel calm and collected to start your day, preparing coffee and breakfast feeling happy is a lovely feeling as apposed to feeling grumpy and not wanting to do it, you have to do it anyway, so do it in a happy manner, this is a gift for you, you will appreciate the feeling much more, with regards to your daily jobs whether you work in or out of the home, do the jobs that you dislike the most first, get them out of the way, you have more energy and your mind is alert, it has to be done, so get down to it as soon as you can, then when you approach your other obligations that you enjoy more, you can really enjoy what you are doing without any grudges or have something you dislike looming over you!

Remember that each day is a new opportunity in life for whatever you wish, so if yesterday was not what you had planned, don’t let it ruin tomorrow because you can’t let go of it, what has gone has gone, you can’t get it back, you can’t change it, so just try not to repeat it again, how you start your day defines how the rest of your day is going to be, we may have difficult jobs with difficult moments that we don’t enjoy so much, but, it is our job, so once it has been dealt with, let it go, never hold onto things that are going to bring you down, no matter what it is, you deserve to be happy and not spend your days in misery because of events or another person, start your day with joy and end it that way, remain calm and always remember that tomorrow is another day for all of us.

Control your power…

We are told that we are meant to have an amazing life, and many of you may be thinking, so what went wrong… we are supposed to have everything we want love, and desire, our life including our work is supposed to be exciting and obtain everything you put your mind to, including happy relationships with our families, our finances we should be living our dream…..but many of us don’t?

Do you feel good in the morning when you wake, do you get exciting about the day that is ahead of you, of course, you are going to face obstacles, and challenges along the way, this has to be, to allow us to grow and gain experience in life and learn how to overcome these situations, you are here to be who you want and have a truly amazing life, you are not supposed to be struggling, or feel depleted and have no energy or zest for life, on the contrary, all these wonderful things are possible for you when you realize that it is all closer to you than you think because the power you need for all this is inside of you and has always been there, it’s time to let the magic begin in your life, and this decision is down to you and you only….it can be achieved by you and your power, it was referred to by Alexander Graham Bell, “What this power is I cannot say, all I know is that it exists”

When we take a long hard look at life, we will discover how simple it really is, although you may not think so at the moment, life is simply made up of positive things and negative things, in every aspect of our life there is no exception, you either have or you don’t, if you feel that your life is ruled by negative things and events and very few positive one’s something is very wrong, you deserve better and you know that deep down, you need to use your power, even though people who you feel are fortunate in life, used the power and possibly did not even know, you need to use love, love is a very strong force in life and is essential it gives you the power to have all the positive and good things in life is love!

Love is very often misunderstood in today’s world, it is not just what you feel for your family friends, etc,., love is a positive force, it is not weak under any circumstances, love is the cause of everything positive and good in life, you have to remember that gravity and electromagnetics are invisible to our senses, but we cannot dispute their power, and love is exactly the same, it is invisible but very powerful, you have to understand that the whole world has love, without love there is no life. Imagine without love none of us would be here, so everything we know as life and our world would not be here, everything we see, feel hold emotions for has come from the love of someone’s heart, their passion has brought us many things through history we can see this, whatever you see that is a human creation has been achieved through love, otherwise, it would not be here for us to enjoy and love. If we take away love, our earth our life would be nonexistent.

So if you have this power over your life, why is your life not amazing, the answer is because you have a choice to use your love in a positive force or not, again positive or negative, you have always made this choice but maybe never realized, when you did have good positive experiences in your life you used positive loves force, and when you didn’t you lacked that love and had a negative result, you need to understand the power of love, love is the most powerful and still most unknown energy in the world. Now that you know that love is the power to all good things, you can use it to change your whole life.

So what is the force of attraction, the force of attraction is the force of love, when you enjoy a certain food, a certain place or a person you are feeling love for that thing without you would not feel the attraction, so you would have no idea to what you liked and what you didn’t, the Law of Attraction and the Law of Love are one and the same, it keeps everything in harmony including ourselves from galaxies to atoms, it is operating everywhere and that includes in your life?

In the universal laws, the law of attraction states that like attracts like, which means what you give out you get back, what you give out is attracted back to you, “To every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction”

Keep healthy – Body & Soul

In today’s world stress, depression, anxiety, and grief seem to be the order of the day, and this, in turn, will give us a low energy level, so what can we do to improve this and our situation, we can incorporate exercise and proper nutrition this will improve the feelings of stress depression,. etc., but if it continues you should seek the help of a therapist.

You can also start to increase your energy levels by exercise, if you are not used to doing exercises, I suggest you only attempt certain types of exercise and don’t overdo it, there are many exercise routines that can work for you, you can boost your energy, improve your appetite and even improve your mood, try exercises that include breath movement, yoga, and tai chi enhance your abilities and energy. high on the list are swimming, walking or jogging biking, and dancing all fantastic to boost those levels, exercise can also help to lower your risk of cardiovascular disease, and diabetes and even improve your lung health, it is a good idea to mix and match your activities from day to day .

Your rest period is also very important, it is essential that you sleep between seven and nine hours a night, no afternoon napping, or if necessary no more than 30 minutes, keep your bedroom at the same temperature and try to avoid social media leading to you going to bed, try to not drink coffee late afternoon and evenings and having a relaxing moment before you sleep maybe a good book or a nice bath, this will always help you sleep better.

Your new chapter……

Do you ever have that feeling of wanting to start again, no matter what? and of course, the key question is are you brave enough to start again, many people are not and they continue to live a life that gives them no fulfillment at all, they have no satisfaction in their personal or professional world and life is very boring, to say the least, no passion for encouragement to fulfill their dreams and goals, so if this was your case, what would you do?

It may not sound easy, but if you wish to change this existence, it can be done and all you need is yourself, we create our life in one way or another, and we like to place the blame elsewhere but in reality, we are responsible because we have allowed things to take that form in our life and we have done maybe nothing to stop it, again it can be personal or professional, or maybe one area is good and other not, so that is where you need to start.

You have to know that this is the decision you wish to take and allow it to unfold before you, do not allow fear to enter into your plans, it is normal that you may feel a little anxious but you have to be strong and override this, you are giving yourself a wonderful opportunity, you are reinventing yourself and this can be exciting and refreshing, to change your career at whatever age you may be is fine, it is better to be stimulated by new events in your life than just plodding through each day as if you are on automatic pilot, many of us hang on to what we know, the habits we have acquired and become very accustomed to our surroundings and who is in that picture, if it’s time to paint another picture, do it, you are the artist and you are the author of your new chapter in your life, don’t go back and remember how it was, if you are creating a new future it is because you were not happy, you were not motivated so it was not as good as you may wish to remember it, we tend to fantasize a little when we go backwards instead of forwards, that is a temporary fix, the reality soon steps in, because your new future is going to bring you so many new experiences and even knowledge and power to your inner self, because you are doing what you wish, not what others thought you should be doing, only you know how situations and circumstances feel, people on the outside don’t have the same emotions as you, making your own decisions is a wonderful feeling of freedom and trust within yourself, and your confidence will find it’s true place in your life, you are capable of many things and each new day gives you the opportunity to discover this and able you to enter into your new chapter, never give up on yourself and don’t live a life you hav’nt chosen, simplicity to happiness can very often be the key, so never worry about moving forward and actually doing what you want to do.
