YOUR RIGHT TO LIFE….
Have you ever had a moment in your life, when you find that someone else would like to dictate to you how your life should go, how when and where…it can be a very suffocating situation and of course more important than anything else, it is your life…… you will very often find that the person that wishes to impose all of this upon you hides behind a defense of love and caring, however, would they really behave in such a way if this was the case?
If you stop and study this kind of person you will observe that they have very little life of their own, they actually live your life or through you and your life, attempting to be you in every way and wishing to control you and even in extreme cases your family, they do all have one thing in common and that is how they operate when things don’t turn out how they wish when you are vulnerable and in a situation of internal gratitude they are at their highest, this is where they like to be, they feel in control over everything that concerns you, however, when questioned on this or simply taken out of the game, they will go all out seeking forgiveness with explanations for their behavior which once again will not add up to anything holding commonsense, the next move is usually looking to play the victim, where you are supposed to feel sorry for them, and sadly many of you fold here, keep your senses in tact and don’t let down your guard, if you have made a decision that you feel is right for you and your life, stand your ground because if you get to the third move, you will be the culprit, the whole situation will turn around, everything will then be what you do and didn’t do and what sadly they think you are doing, which is always way out and totally not true, but unfortunately this makes them feel good, the responsibility is not on them in their eyes, they have passed that on to you, so again, mainten your feelings, you know who you are and you know who they are.
You should never be forced into a situation that you do not want, and you should never be forced to love someone, there is a big difference between being fond of someone and being in love, love is a very versatile word, it can be used in many ways we can love food, places designs many things we can love our friends and family members but we are not under any obligation we do this freely and that is how we should be able to live our lives, without control and constant observation.
Be happy, live your life, but live your life how you wish to live……..we can all make mistakes, but when respect is lost and you feel violated of your rights to live your own life, you must keep on your journey, there is a lot to life, if you go and enjoy it.

Do you find it difficult to make and take decision’s, at times we need a little help but when we approach people around us, depending on the decision to be made we can find a bais answer, which is not maybe the best for you.

So if you could make that decision for yourself using a little road map for sure you are going to feel better about and most of all in control of your own decision making, you don’t need to be a good decision maker, no more than you need to be a professional pilot, when you book your holiday and flight ticket,but the quality of your decision will give you a great trip or an average ride,.Before you book your ticket you need to know where you want to go and if you are taking people with you or not.

When you are next confronted with a decision, you need to write down the following,with the decision being the reason for your answer,What is the purpose of your decision, How will it work out for you (Are you passionate about it) Is it valuable to you, What do you have to say about it, Does it solve a problem, How would you benefit(Directly or not) What do you expect from it. If you honestly answer all these questions you should be able to clearly see the decision you should take, it will simplify you brain bashing yourself if you can’t come up with the answer for yourself, this is a little helping guide, read it through carefully and you should have the correct answer to your decision.,

Do you think about what you think ? probably not, but you really should start to do so, obviously not everything, we possibly think thousands of thoughts a day… but every now and again we should stop, and take account of what we are thinking, the reason for this being is that you will be amazed about how many times the word WHY pops out at you, Why should I, Why choose, Why do I do this, Why did I say that, Why did I react to that, WHY WHY WHY ……….most WHY questions are negative,which brings negative thoughts, it is impossible to control all our thoughts,but we should try to ignore what is not of use to us, and concentrate more on our positive questions and positive thoughts, a positive thought will always help you, able you to create beliefs instead of doubt, positive beliefs will only bring you more positivity into your life, which will create a more for filling life and happiness, doubt, worry, stress and general gloom will only bring you more of all that, remember what we think we attract , so instead of worrying about what might go wrong, think about what might go right, it’s the same effort and time, but the positive thought will leave you feeling better, negative is always negative. Also when you have positive thoughts it leaves the brain road open to finding the right solution, your mind is clearer and allows genuine solutions to come to the surface, it will direct your subconscious mind to bring you more positive situations to help you get what you really want and where you want to go, and the more positive your thoughts become the less room there is for the negative thoughts to creep in, eventually you will stop attracting any negative thoughts and situations in your life. If you make a regular focus on positivity it will bring the right situations and the right people into your life. Your sub conscious mind will always create situations that you regularly think about, so replace the negative useless thoughts with a positive one. You direct your inner powers no one else, not even the drama king or queen you may constantly be in contact with, friends can often give out advise, but this does not mean it is good advice, your inner power is stronger than any influence, direct your inner power and sub conscious mind to create the real life that you want and can have, you can obtain your goals, you have to take note of your own thoughts, analyse them and ask yourself , will this thought be better for me, will it help me ? if it’s a no, then change it, just simply reverse it think positive and think how that will help you and feel better, so start thinking about how good you are, how you can achieve what ever you desire, good thoughts bring good results, opportunities start to appear in your life. Good things, good results, good times, = good thoughts.

RECUPERATE YOUR STRENGTH……………
Spring is nearly here, and it is the time of the year when we seem to wear ourselves out, the battery runs dry and we need a total recharge, we have battled through the winter, maybe had the odd cold or two, or even worse, and on a scale to one to ten we are way down, longing for that spring/summer sunshine to fill us up and spill over with energy.

We can with a simple revision of our daily habits help to carry the symptoms we have with tiredness easier for us to handle….. regardless of the origin. You should try to keep regular hours , the same time for going to sleep as for waking, and eating at the same time each day is also good for you. Try to practice some form of exercise, and if this can be in the open air, even better, swimming, walking, bicycle etc., It is also recommended to take 10 minute breaks during your working hours , where you can take the advantage to practice your breathing exercises, excellent method for relaxing , maintain a diet low in fats and high in fiber, with abundant helpings of vegetables and fruits , raw vegetables are also excellent for you, you will find a boost, to your energy levels with an intake of food rich in carbon hydrates ( pasta, bread beans, and of course don’t forget you take care of any anemic problems by taking in zinc and iron, found in cockles,liver,lentils, spinach …..and of course cover yourself if you are in the risk of losing fluids, if you are in a warm climate, take in Vitamin C kiwis, citric fruits ..and really try to leave out the coffee, and cigarettes !

Is this you, are you totally burned out, this is a tiredness that is attached to emotional tiredness situations, it is a physical and emotional burnout that join together, this is found more in a work place where close direct contact with others is involved, teachers, doctors etc., this situation can become very bad if it is also associated with a negative attitude, giving a sensation of emptiness, failure and low self-esteem, also nerves and finding difficulty in concentrating, this type of tiredness needs to be treated in the same way as severe stress.

The importance of light……………..tiredness and the desire to sleep, both in ourselves and animals are regulated by our pineal glands, this in simple terms is how we become aware of our tiredness (day and night) and how we awake……….although we may well live with artificial light, we still respond to the natural light outside, which is why our sleep time is still regulated by the natural night and day………it also reflects in our meal times and other activities.
When you are overcome by tiredness, sleep whenever possible I am a great believer in that are body tells us what we need and when, so if it is possible, oblige and sleep ! A Doctor will always recommend light moderate exercise and treatment with light therapy where possible.
