Jealousy – is an emotion, and the word typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity,fear and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something you love.

Jealousy can be extremely destructive and dangerous to all it affects and those that are the jealous person. It is an emotion that destroys couples, you also find that the jealous person will have very little self-esteem and the jealousy  will leave deep scars. To be a jealous person, shows a lot regarding your personality, low self-esteem, insecurity and the belief that you own the person you show your jealousy to, the jealous person can also create jealous situations.

A jealous person will also control every move their partner makes, they do not trust them, they ,control what they wear and behave they will spy on their partner and make demands as to where they have been and who they talk to, even in their work place, and local supermarket . These people can have pathological jealousy and can totally lose control of the situation, this behaviour can over load a partner and destroy the relationship. Jealousy will make a person suffer and will finally finish any kind of relationship, people do not like to be mistrusted or have to explain every move or conversation they may have.

A person suffering from jealousy must learn to manage and eliminate the jealousy, it is essential to be happy.

Jealousy is made up of two factors (emotions) feelings and attitude. They crash together when that person feels they may lose what they have (imaginary or not) When the partner gives time to another person, who is not them, they want them exclusively to themselves. When they feel threatened (this is not always reality and the way a jealous person will handle it even less) The attitude in a jealous person will be that of a victim, that others are better than them,unable to accept criticism and will look for revenge. Jealous people will scream, cry,threat,hurt and take revenge on people who the jealousy is focused on, in extreme cases they can even hurt people or take action that later will be explained as not intentional this is usually the way out they will look for.

So, as I mentioned before.- You have to learn to manage and eliminate your jealousy, it is essential to be HAPPY…………

PEACEFULL SLEEP ………………………………………

Nightmare – To dream of being attacked with this hideous sensation, denotes wrangling and failure in business. For a young woman, this is a dream prophetic of disappointment and unmerited slights. It may also warn the dreamer to be careful of her health and food.

Nightmare/Darkness in a dream are associated – To dream of darkness overtaking you on a journey, augurs ill for any work you may attempt, unless the sun breaks through before the journey ends, then faults will be overcome. To lose your friend,or child in the darkness portends many provocations to wrath. Try to remain under control after dreaming of darkness, for trials in business and love will beset you.

Now, the reason for the dream description above, is due to an email I have recently received regarding a dream/nightmare on a continual basis, over a period of time, that a reader is experiencing, just as they fall asleep the nightmare starts, it lasts for a short period of time, but occurs on a daily basis, this is happening without any tricker points previously, they have seen no scary feature film, no bad experience or distasteful conversations they are at peace and happy when they go to sleep. If you have any of these experiences I would suggest that you bring to mind a very happy moment in your life, this does not have to be something big and super eventful, it needs to be something that brought you a tremendous amount of pleasure and happiness, it could be a special family day, a past holiday something that the moment you think of it – you smile, it can even be something humorous….. As you settle to go to sleep bring this event into your mind and run it like a film in your mind, over and over until you drift into sleep, at first you will only see the image of THE main event, however with practise you will see details, pay attention to detail, and see the whole picture, maybe what you were wearing, what you were drinking, what is around you it all depends on your vision of that occasion, the small details will come to you without effort the more you practise, you will be completely absorbed by the happy event and you will be able to run the event through your mind like a film, the more you do this the deeper it will go and should take away the repeating nightmare(that you are not thinking about) Please try if you suffer from this problem, and here’s to sweet dreams………………………………..

THE IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY……………………..

The first contact we have when born is our family, parents,brothers,sisters and grand parents are the main roots we make, we see them walk, we learn to walk, we see them talk and we learn to talk all our needs are taken care, with love and affection this gives us a strong relationship among all family members, and keeps families together for a whole life time. The love and affection is carried on every day, when we have success and happiness in our lives, we always want to share this with our family first, if we don’t we are left with an empty feeling and at times anxiety, which can affect us in different ways and can be serious to our health, we are made that way because family is important to us, if we have problems we go to our family and they are always there for us. Friends come into our lives later, where as family have been there since day one, we might chance our friends later on in life, but we never want to lose our family, even if we have problems and differences with them, because we know that our family is always there for us, family members will always come to our rescue, for what ever and when ever,because they feel a true love, unconditional love, they will always find a solution because of that love, it is a love bigger than the world itself. People who grow without their family, invariable find themselves with an imbalanced personality or problems in their character, something will lack and can influence in your health as mentioned earlier, we all need our family. When things go wrong in our lives, your family will never fail to back you up, in what ever way possible, your family are the only one’s that truly accept your weaknesses and you, they always love you, there is no substitute for your family. When you try to avoid your family, never forget that they are the one’s that made you strong enough to go forward into the world, all the good in us comes from your family, it is not inborn. When we look at it this way, we realise that family is the greatest gift we are ever given.

Being a family means you are a part of something very wonderful. It means you will love and be loved for the rest of your life. No matter what.

COMPASSION……………………………………………..

COMPASSION – is the emotion that one feels in response to the suffering of others that motivates a desire to help.

Do you have compassion in your life, ? Compassion is something that you should carry with you at all times, it should be part of you, a life without the ability to feel compassion would be like having no blood running through your veins, however, some people have lots of compassion and others have very little, compassion can be said to be like “don’t do to others what you would not do to yourself” we see suffering all around us, on different levels depending on where we are and the level we are at, far to many to mention here, this is a topic that could take thousands of pages, but if we look at compassion in our everyday life and everyday situations, do we have or show enough? are you a good friend or family member,community involved,a good neighbour and fellow citizen, we must not mistake compassion and that of a listener, compassion will give that extra push to help, be involved, get into action regarding the situation, if we just listen and then even maybe criticize to others, maybe you need the compassion of others, life is a funny thing and we never know when the tables turn, doing a good deed and offering that helping hand, can only bring that back to you,don’t confuse this with, “i have to do this to get something back or out of this, this is not compassion, this does not come from the heart, from your inner self, it is interested motivation !  You are simply doing something for personal gain. Good brings good, when it is heartfelt genuine compassion for a fellow human source of life, this will bring true compassion in your life from others,we all need compassion, we are not beyond this, no matter who we are, to give and receive kindness, love, a helping hand when needed is an emotion of fulfilment and personal achievement, you do not need to know the person you feel compassion for, it can be a perfect stranger who, by your compassion, could change their whole day or even their existence, so as you go through your day, feel the compassion in your inner self and act, not only does  the  receiver gain but you also, enjoy your compassionate journey.

CONCENTRATION……………………………………….

CONCENTRATION – has been defined as “The ability to direct one’s thinking in whatever direction one would intend ”

We all have the ability to concentrate some of the time, but at other times it totally escape’s us, our mind starts to wander, it races to one place and then other, from one subject to the next, Concentration needs practise, it is a skill you can learn, I am touching this subject today as I have recently published blogs regarding, our ability to think and our imagination, I have received many emails regarding the problems you are crossing regarding this, so I thought this might help a little in that direction, (theutopiauniverse@gmail.com) this email is open to any question you may have, I am always pleased to hear from you,

The art of concentration depends on many factors,

The ability to take on the task at hand,the emotional state you are  in, your commitment,your psychological state.

You need the commitment, this has to be a personal commitment that you feel very strongly about, you can’t play at this or half do it, it has to be a true commitment of value to you, this will give you the ability to continue on the skill of concentration. The motivation you achieve from this will keep you on track, to obtain complete concentration you need to repeat,repeat,repeat, it is a skill you can learn.There is no place for anxiety or worries here, if you have this you will not obtain the concentration you wish. This is when a programmed worry time, can work for you, we have touched this in a previous blog, if we allocate a certain time of the day for our “anxiety/worry time” if during our day, anxiety appears for what ever you have on your mind, STOP don’t give it time, at that moment, tell yourself the time you have allocated, and when this allocated time come’s round, let all the anxiety/worries flow freely think about them,try to find your solutions and then close that time you have designated yourself. Your psychological/emotional state also plays a very important role  in concentration, if you hold good self-esteem, confidence in yourself you will have a positive outlook and be in a good positive frame of mind, negativity will not lead you to good concentration. The place where you choose to concentrate is also very important (while learning the skill of concentration) if it is to hot or to cold,if it is noisy,uncomfortable for you to relax,to bright to dark……all these factors will give reason for your mind to wander, the place you choose must be perfect for you, feel comfortable in all aspects, once you have learnt the skill, the art of concentration, you will be able to do it, when and where you choose, the middle of a railway station if you wish, you will have the ability to switch of to the outside world and concentrate on what ever you feel fit, this can be learned, like anything else, it is a question of repetition like anything else we learn, it will become very natural to concentrate, the same as writing your name. IMAGINE………………………………………………..

Do you remember as a child, the imagination we had, our power to imagine had no limits, we could be what ever we wanted, when we wanted, we could transport ourselves to anywhere or anything our imagination would take us………….so how did we lose that inner connection, the truth is we never lost any of it, just the believe to do it,it’s what society calls growing up……….but we are also told that we have an inner child within us somewhere, we just have to find it again. If you can imagine that your life now is problem free, no issues of any kind, would your imagination be able to get carried away, to the places and person you always saw as a child…probably yes, we create are own blocks through the problems and issues we collect along our adult way, but it has been scientifically proved that what we think is who we become, we actually create our own reality,so many people think how simple is that, I think good things and good things happen, that would be true, if we believed that, but, sorry to say most people don’t, deep down we don’t believe this theory,why because we were forced to leave our imagination behind and become adults, I say forced because we are told to grow up, see reality as it is ???? (who’s reality,probaly not yours) we never question this because people we love and respect tell us this is the way to go, they are not wrong, just slightly misguided by the way they were told to do things and we tend to repeat the pattern, and so on and so on, but from time to time some people slip through the net and decide for themselves to create their own reality,they believe they can do this and they believe in themselves,they don’t worry about the how’s they just believe in what they want, they let their imagination take them to where they want to be in life and who they want to be, to change your pattern now only takes, believe and repetition, but make no mistake this has to be total believe that you can and deserve the life you want to have, whether it be for you or your family, the repetition will allow those believes to enter into your inner child,  (Your sub-conscious) the same way repetition turned into what you believe now, you have to be very clear on what you want, let your imagination detail every aspect, see it, feel the sensation of obtaining your desire, the bigger the better, never be afraid to reach as high as you want, it is your imagination, you are not harming anyone, it is the most powerful tool you possess,it will allow you to design your own reality,remember what you think is what will be, like attracts like, the how will find its way and guide you to your desire. Your imagination will allow you to imagine what you may feel at this moment as impossible,but an image through your imagination can make anything possible.

TURNING BAD TO GOOD………………………………..

Do you believe that things happen for a reason ? Do you believe in good luck and bad luck ? Or do you feel we make our own luck, simply by the way we believe in things, when we see people who seem to have a perfect life, with everything they desire just falls into their laps, do you think they are lucky ? OR could it be that they see an opportunity and take it, without fear,they take that risk,they follow their dreams and their inner voice, they see the positive side of each situation and do not concentrate on the bad.

Every situation has a good and bad side, for however big or small the obstacle may be, it is having the ability to focus on the good that brings you the outcome you are looking or hoping for. At times situations are delayed, are overdue promotion or our tax return, when it does happen, maybe we can see why the delay occurred, is the promotion now the perfect time, because you are now more prepared,because your car is now in good shape and would have been a problem for you at the time….you have now moved and feel less stress free to cope with your new responsibilities, we never know the why till later, but if we take it from the beginning as a positive sign, as opposed to negative, you will feel better and will probably get the result we want, it is difficult to see when we have it right in front of us, but, there is always a valid reason for the initial obstacle, it could even be as simple as having more free time to care or share for someone or something, the tax refund could maybe later   be used on something far more important to you than maybe just a unimportant thing at the time, something you really want and will enjoy in another way, even when are holidays are changed at the last-minute, an important meeting is changed, there is a reason, a good reason if you take it onboard in the right way, maybe you result in obtaining an upgrade for your holiday plan, some form of compensation and your changed meeting gives you the excellent result you were hoping for, the way you thing and feel will influence the end result,your positivity will attract more positivity,like wise with negativity. The vibrations that we send out are the vibrations we receive back, it is impossible to feel happy all the time,I do not believe that anyone can be highly happy 24/7…….. we are not made that way, however we can have a positive and confident outlook and believe in ourselves, many of my blogs are associated to this, this is another way of seeing it,you are the one who shapes your destiny in life, to see the good and not all bad, there is good in every situation of our lives, and we have to apply this, look for the good and you will find it, you may not see it immediately, but you may be able to look back on previous situations as a reference and see that good did come out of it and not all the bad you maybe thought. If it did not work that way for you, try to remember how you were at that time, maybe more negative than positive, what were your believes at that time ?

THE BENEFITS OF GETTING OLDER………………….

For most, this is a sensitive subject…………but think of all the advantages you actually gain, at the end of the day age is just numbers, usually just two, and if you are very lucky maybe 3 !!!growing older really is a state of mind, if you look after your body, your body will look after you… I truly believe this and have seen older people look and feel absolutely fanastic, when you are younger and wish to have a more muscular body or even a fit body, you work at it, and as you get older it is exactly the same, but with a great advantage you have years of experience, patience and time,you have probaly had children and know the discipline you need in routines and everyday living, when you are young you don’t have that, you just get the shock treatment when a third mini person enter’s your life…. I’m sure you know what I mean, however as we get older and things have certainly changed since the days of our grandparents, you really can do anything you want, we hear of people in there 70’s and 80’s sky diving, conquered Everest and much more, it’s down to you and nobody else, how you care for yourself and your mind, gone are the days of juggling children’s car seats, big cars for all the family being on a family schedule as apposed to your own, the world is your’s and it’s never to late to start something new, even a business,if you have the intention there is nothing you cannot do.

Society try’s to tell you that everything now adays belong to the young generation, being an older person doe’s not mean you have lost your sense of self achievement, or your zest for life
