When we change our inner self and the inner world we start to transform our outer world, all our thoughts and beliefs are on a conscious level, if we are willing to embark on an inner journey, we can discover all of the beliefs and expectations through which we create our own lives.
We have the ability to know our higher purpose, learning on a daily basis how to experience joy, peace, and aliveness.

So, here we are, Friday, that wonderful day that officially finishes are week, so how are you going to celebrate getting this far, yet again, every week is different and sometimes more difficult and hopefully occasionally easier, ( but not often eh?) however as we are here, you need to take note that some of this evening is your time and maybe the whole weekend, but not always, so love yourself a little you deserve it so much, cast those excuses aside and try to just think of you !! I know it can be hard, really hard for some of us, but we are as worthy as any other member of our family unit……………….just think if you were not A1 how would the rest of the troops fend for themselves, so don’t feel guilty about this, think what a favor you are doing for everyone by caring so well for yourself, so sit back, work out your relaxing plan for you to unwind and regain all the energy you have spent this last week, just think of you and how you are going to spoil and pamper yourself!

Looking in the mirror, is a daily activity for most of us, but I ask you what do you see when you look in the mirror? How do you feel when you look in the mirror? and what do you notice most? Three simple questions, maybe you could answer them for me.
It’s amazing at times the conclusion we come to when we look into a mirror, and the biggest fault is not seeing ourselves as we really are, or not wanting to, maybe better said. For those of us that are vain, we are also intelligent and know that the law of gravity applies to us all, we don’t maybe like it, but that’s the way it is, so what is all the fuss and worry about.
When we talk about turning situations into a positive state, why do we not apply it here, yes we would all like to have the skin totally wrinkle free like an 18-year-old, but we are not 18, so if we are 30, 40 50, or 60 and look good for our age where is the problem, the 18year old can’t have your mature nature and experience either, our looks are not all we have to offer, as people we have much more, that attractive inicial connection we have can be anything, it’s not all down to a pretty face, I have heard many times when people explain their partner in life, I don’t know what it is, but I just know this is my life partner, when we are young (very young) we never seem to worry about scratching under the surface as I call it, this is very important, because your prize that you wear on your arm, is also going to age, and if you really only have a physical attraction the next 50 years could be like a 100, and nobody wants that do they?
If you take care of yourself as best you can, your beauty will not fade, it will in fact become more interesting, more mature and if those wrinkles are laughing lines you have it all………………….
Every stage of life that we go through, meaning the years we go through, we experience many things and we should be very proud of everyone, our age is nothing more than numbers put together, it is how we deal with those numbers that count, we are as old as we feel, young people at times are like those that have lived a hundred years !! Not only mentally but physically also, I know people of 80 that are total to be in awe of, they are fit, active and have a beauty about them that is beyond words, why, because this is what they have decided for themselves they live every day full of energy and love, they keep up with the times, they are young in there heart and outlook.
When we start to look at age in a different way, we are happier, no matter what age you are now if you are working in a job you love, you have to have a certain age to get there, when you have children the same applies, and when they grow, which they say is when the years go quicker, think of all the joy and happiness they have brought you and will bring you, if you were not the age you are, you would not have these feelings, would you really want to miss out on all that, and of course, don’t let us forget grandchildren, this is a pleasure that until you live through it, no one can explain to you, like your children, your whole world centers around them.
So, when you look in the mirror, see who you really are, look into your eyes and really see happiness, happiness for yourself, of the achievements you have gained, how proud you are of yourself, your career, your family, your life, every day is a challenge in one or another, and we know this, so accept these challenges as positive, this is what makes us who and what we are, feel good about the challenges you have overcome and don’t be afraid of what may come. Look into your mirror, be brave and see confidence towards the person who is looking back at you, this wonderful person is you, and as we have said before “ALWAYS LOVE YOURSELF” because you are beautiful and kind inside and out.

This has to be the big question in Network Marketing, can I trust the person I am dealing with, and are they honest, or are they just going to tell me everything they think I want to hear! My personal opinion on this is to maybe go at a slower pace, but know that the people you are introducing trust you 100% because you have proved yourself over a period of time, with them and helped them with everything possible, every person is different and will take on board various things at different times and levels, and that is just fine, people need to feel comfortable with what they are doing and more than anything understands, for some, this is a totally new world, new language, and even lifestyle, this is not the same as a typical 9 to 5 corporate job, this whole world is new, they need to be self-disciplined and if this is new to them, they will be lead by example, in fact, everything is done that way, each person will place their personal twist on things, but the basics, if done well, should merely be followed, so the importance of a good example is highly important.
Intelligence is needed, not to have knowledge of the skills you may need, they can be learned as you go on your personal journey of Network Marketing, but maybe intelligence can be in emotional intelligence, when working with other people, as you grow and guide teams and introduce your business, knowing how to handle people in distinct circumstances, will take a considerable amount of emotional intelligence, not to forget that each one is different and will hold their own emotional intelligence on different levels, and again don’t forget “all eyes are on you,” you set the example, and people remember what was said and how……..which brings us to point number two, Energy, the energy you take with you, everywhere you go is how people see you, you are responsible for the energy you take into a room with you, not how many cartwheels you do at the entrance !! Your personal energy is something that is felt, its what we call good vibes, people can pick up on these things, very quickly, your energy is a little of mood, manners, attitude all mixed together, and the obvious energy that you are not falling asleep, the more energy you give out, the more you get back, again you are followed, copied, you should be able to see it in others, by saying all of this, we must not make the mistake of thinking that after a certain amount of time, everyone will be like yourself, this does not happen, as previously said everyone is different, and will work things in their way with their personal touch, some will be good and successful and others not as fortunate, many people lose steam on the first few laps of this journey, Network Marketing is a long planned out work schedule, it takes time to built a solid sound team, as many people will come and go, but Network Marketing is always rewarding and great personal satisfaction can be achieved both professionally and financially.
