YES I CAN… YES YOU CAN…YES WE CAN!………..
Oh yes you can, you really can do want ever you wish and achieve your goals, you can be successful and reach everything you wish in life, and you know you live the life you want, if that is the decision you make, is this your choice….don’t leave this in the hands of others, you may think it impossible, but if you are determined and know what you want, there is a way to obtain it, where there is a will there is always a way, maybe you need a little guidance to find it or see the right path to take or the right opportunity to take part in. Tell yourself daily tell yourself out loud ! Shout it from the highest point you wish, let the whole world know if it makes you feel happier,just keep saying it over and over again. when you believe this you will achieve what you desire, you will succeed.
You need to adopt the can do attitude, this way you always obtain what you wish, your attitude is highly important, make the changes necessary and reach those goals, your goals and dreams of your great future life.
When you sit wondering about your goals and how you are going to obtain that magic piece to improve how you live today, do you think you can or you can’t , or do you convince yourself that you can’t do it or don’t know how? The most important part, step number 1 is to tell yourself that you can , make the changes you need to and totally believe that you can. You have to be able to hear your own voice telling you time and time again yes you can, yes I can reach my goal.
Just take your time, it is your moment to realise, who and where you are going and tell yourself yes I can, you know you can, so what’s stopping you “YOU”Think about what you wish to achieve, see it right in front of you, imagine how you would feel and how you would go about it, you will start to feel a positive flow of energy around and within you, keep saying yes I can, over and over, the more you say it the better, after a time you will truly believe that you can…………………..and you do!!
This is when you step it up a notch and tell yourself yes you can and add a dream on to it, now it’s truly real, forget anything that failed previously, this has no importance cast aside your doubts…….there is no reason for you not to reach your goals, you will reach them and you will succeed. But, you must be the first to believe that you can…………….it is you that drives that inner motor to your success.
It is normal for you to have your doubts and fears and remember maybe a past failure, you will have negative little thoughts that try to convince you that you can’t however, all they wish to do is to take your attention away from the success you have had………….switch it all around, take no notice just keep positive and let the negative go, really play your success up, maybe even bigger than it was, and when those creepy negative thoughts pop out, let the positive drown them instantly, just think of those great positive moments of success, and let those positive qualities flow over you. Again you will start to built up your faith in yourself and your ability to succeed, you will believe in yourself, it’s different as time goes on, because now you have your subconscious power working for you and your subconscious mind makes things happen. You are now in control and obtain exactly what you want, you control yourself and what you believe, do not allow others to dictate to you, your abilities are not to be judged by others, take charge and believe in yourself.
When you really start to believe in yourself , the magic enters into your life, you can reach your goals, you can make more money, you can fall in love(with the right person)you can improve your health, you can live the life you wish, you can have freedom and enjoy your life.

When will we take note of this fact, live your life and forget your age, you see once we are classified as adults, we really can do that forever and a day, until that point we are some what restricted by rules and regulations of society and are very own parents or guardians, but once we reach that magic age of adulthood, most of us can start to live our life how we choose and make are own decisions, however we do carry with us what has been dictated in us since we were old enough to understand, that we can work most of our life and then we have the prize of retirement……………………Some prize, if you think about this for a while, what it really is doing is forcing retirement from life for many of us, although things are changing over the past years and our grandparents and some of us are really enjoying retirement by taking on a lifestyle that we previously could not do. Hobbies and second career interests are very accepted now and we live forever!! Who would really want to retire from everything, I can understand anyone wishing to retire from a hard job or a job which has never given satisfaction, when we work in something or somewhere we really do not like, then it must be a great relief to reach that age and be able to legally walk away, however the circumstances you still have the right to feel good and continue to enjoy life. especially if you are in good health and really wish to do that.To be your own boss and choose your own working hours and fun and relax time when you wish. Many of us, will join people of that older group age and sit and mope really doing nothing, this is the worst thing you can do, my father use to call this situation like being in the “waiting room”waiting for your final journey, how depressing would that feeling be.
Every day we have should be lived to its fullest possibilities, none of us know the time we have in this actual destination, and as stated above it really is a privilege to be able to enjoy this time, and with the people we love and choose, this is why forgiveness and love are so important, because once that time has expired, we cannot show or tell anyone anything. There is no law that tells us that we can no longer learn and grow, whether it be on an educational or spiritual level, the more we can find for us to occupy our bodies and minds the better we will feel as we reach those wonderful higher number, because that is all they are numbers, each one to be enjoyed on different levels and different things, we really are a little like gems, a gem is not polished without rubbing,nor a person perfected without trials and situations, that is what we call life, we open and close doors all the time, but remember it is you that does that action, you decide to open and you decide to close, imagine if you stopped that action, no more new situations would appeal to you or for you to see, look and learn , can you really imagine your life without that, opening and closing. We are responsible for being active in body and mind, we do not have to be world champions, we all have our own limits, but we should always push ourselves to obtain the maximum point, we are responsible for ourselves and this does not fall on anyone else, and this applies all through our life, young and old, age and its limits do not tend to cross the mind of young people very much, but, stop and have a think because the only way you will be around for some time is by passing those numbers one by one, the experience and maturity you gain can never be given a price, there is nothing more pleasurable than meeting an older person who is positive, active and in this world, up to date with what is going on and enjoying everyday, there are many young people who do not have these qualities, so you see age is simple numbers.
This is a wonderful description of how we are,(or can be) take note, and put it into action now or later, the earlier you start to use your mind, talent and creativity the more of a natural action it will be to you, and what a beautiful person you will be.

Why do we feel so anxious and sad? in today’s world it can be due to feeling guilty about the past, having fear regarding the future or to attached to the now. The reason for this can be that we live our life from an outer point of view and decisions, and not from our inner self, we forget about being in contact with our interior,and allow the outer world to dictate our life and happiness, it’s as if we live our life only breathing out, and forget to take good fresh air in. When this happens we are led through life by our ego and never really get to know our selves, time,society etc., get in the way………. we need to make friends with ourselves, your inner self, this is your best friend, don’t ignore it, we will become serene and happy, knowing ourselves is like finding our home…
