Have you ever thought that we actually learn something very positive from all the mistakes we make,something positive will always come from a mistake,if it is only never to do it again !!!!
Children make mistakes all the time,but we know that by doing so,they will learn,they even make the same mistake time and time again,as adults we are the same,and if we don’t make these mistakes we would never learn,we would never grow as individual’s .
One of the most important things about our mistakes, is that we take responsibility for it ,if we assume our responsibility ,we will then not blame someone else,at times it is easier to place the blame on another person but,when we do this we learn nothing from that mistake,we have simply passed it on,so you would be tempted to do that time and time again,the sooner we accept our mistake the quicker we will learn, how to avoid a repeat performance,when we are confronted with a situation where a mistake could be made,we should look upon this as little tests that life puts in our way,as we learn we grow in wisdom,maturity,and personal growth.,we will also avoid attracting that same mistake back into our life.

Most mistakes we make comes with some form of suffering and pain,and even if we pass the responsability to some one else we cannot transfer the suffering and pain,this can only be removed when we truly learn from our mistakes, as humans we will always make mistakes,that is part of life,but also is the learning process.
If you have a mistake in your life,that still causes you pain,that you feel bad about now is your time to free yourself,to put it behind you and move forward,you need to ask yourself,What did I learn from the mistake ? What are the good things that came out of the mistake ? There are always many good things that come out of it and can alter your future for the better,
Think about it,through one mistake you have the inner power to bring about great things in your life!

Today’s great dish………….CARROT & PEA SOUP !
We are going to need ;
2tbsps Olive Oil, 175g Onions, chop finely, 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed, 1 Stock cube, 1Ib Carrots, diced,, finely chopped Mint and Thyme, 50g ground Almonds, 1I of Boiling Water, salt and pepper to taste, 450g frozen peas.
Heat the oil and fry the onions, add the garlic,cook a little and add the stock cube, stir in carrots and herbs, then cover and cook for 5 mins, add the almonds , remove the pan from the heat and slowly stir in water, return to heat, season and bring to boil, add the peas, cover and bring back to boil,and simmer for 5 mins.
Place in liquidizer/blender and blend until smooth, adding a little extra water or stock to achieve the desired consistency, this is a great way to get children to eat veggies and not even realise.
Most of us are passionate about something, that is why most of us our here in the blogosphere, however don’t forget that we can have more than one passion, it’s not unusual, and cooking is a wonderful passion, we can experiment and use our creativity, we can be adventurous and enjoy all the aromas of the food and vibrant colours. It is also very relaxing, if you allow it to be, take your time, and put your imagination into play, it is very rewarding and don’t forget you get to eat it as well………double pleasure !

Today, is a special day, it is the day of All Saints’s, a day when we visit the cemetery, leave fresh flowers, and have our little one to one, most of us have this one to one everyday, when we have someone we love in heaven, I have been thinking about this a lot lately, that when we lose someone, we feel and hurt so deep, knowing that the person who is no longer here, would never want that, and we all inside know this, but it gives us no relieve of pain, however if we try to see the other side of this,we may feel a little better, this is not the end, on the contrary, we have them with us more, as we have them within us, we do not lose, we gain, this is my tribute to all the angels in heaven.
I feel that they are always with us, and receive great comfort from this, I also know that they would want to see me happy, and that is my job, which I must fulfill.
If you look and feel deep within, you will feel that guidance, and I also believe that if it was possible we would all receive a note of this kind,
Try not to be sad today, tomorrow or ever, just think how lucky we are to have our special people within us everyday to guide and help us on our journey of life.

Why do we cry, most people relate it to sadness, but there is more than one reason,crying is a natural emotion to feelings, yes, it can be attached to sadness and hurt that we can not always explain,but it can also be attached to an object of beauty, a piece of music, a kind memory when we cry for these reasons, we have kind of let are guard down, our defenses are not as strong as normal,we may watch a film that has no personal connection to us at all, a documentary on cruelty to animals, and there we are reaching for the kleenex, it can even be watching our children’s or grandchildren school performance, the guard we let down is attached to our inner most feelings deep deep down within ourselves.
