Do you ever feel that you are off track, that you feel lost all of a sudden,at times the more you hide your feelings, you actually show them more, and the more you deny your feelings they surely will grow more, this is very true, so to talk to someone, who will understand you, can help, don’t let this opportunity pass you by if it presents itself or you can always seek them out yourself. When you have these feelings they are obviously triggered by something or someone, if you spend your life living in the past, as if it matters more than living in the now, in this moment, when you live in the now, you can learn from the mistakes of yesterday, and avoid this moment of not knowing where you are going.
As strange as it may sound, getting lost is sometimes a great way of finding yourself,at times it is not about what we want to become, what we are fighting for, it could be more about being the person you were, un-learning everything that is not really you, when you see this for yourself, you will become free to be who you were meant to be in the first place. I also realise that to discover who you are can be hard when part of you is missing, but you cannot start a new chapter in your life, if you insist on re-reading the last one time and time again.
You need to trust yourself, you know more about yourself, you hold the key, and you need to look inside, you need to do a little inner search to open up that lock, that is keeping you on a road you don’t know, you know more than you think you do, you need a one to one with yourself, dig deep, write it down if necessary, this is good for you.
As adults we tend to lose the innocence of the child, you struggle more with feeling happiness and will make things more complicated,who spreads the suffering more, who is afraid of being happy, and who, because it is easier, will just go back to sleep and try to forget, that does not work, look for the inner child, it is there, we never lose our inner child, when we use our intelligence we are the happy inner child,and can rebuild, nothing is ever lost on someone who wants to grow, nothing is wasted when you are preparing for life by keeping eyes, mind and heart open these experiences will serve you in unexpected moments.
When we doubt ourselves and hesitate, we are lost…..if we always remember that our present situation is not our final destination, there can be no one more lost than someone lost within their own busy highways of their own lonely mind.

Wow, where did that go !! Five months of our big year has flown by, what have we learned, what have we progressed, and most importantly are we happy, above all else, we deserve to be happy with ourselves and what is going on in our life right now…….if you have only made tiny steps towards your goal, that’s fine, you are in movement, you are not stuck back there in January some where, as we pass each day and learn something big or small we are in a state of progression, moving toward our dreams and goals, some take longer than others, but never forget, that the Law of Attraction is with you at all times, it works and moves in mysterious ways, it will bring to you what you most focus on, so don’t let that be what you don’t want in your life, keep positive no matter what and focus on what you truly want in your life, bring it into your reality with the power of your thoughts, create your personal reality we still have a lot of the year to go, and who said you had to complete your goals in the time limit of a year, if you are happy with the direction your life is taking, just keep going at your own comfortable pace, nothing is impossible and that includes you and your dreams…Welcome June with open arms,be patience, wait for your moment, opportunities are all around us and the universe will create the situation and moments we need, you just have to act when the moment appears, be aware of what is around you and take every opportunity you can, they will be there for you

I have recently recieved quite a few emails regarding the pressure young adults are placed under, as many from worried parents as young adults a like, do we really understand the pressure they are under and do they understand why we do it, maybe we don’t even realise what we are doing, with the way the world is today, as parents we look for the happiness of our children, but at what price,many young adults see that if it had not been for the view of their parents regarding their education and lifestyle, they would not be where they are today, this is wonderful , when the result is this, but, sadly our happiness wish has the reverse effect, in some cases and they carry this burden with them through their adult life, full of insecurities and never feeling worthy or quite good enough.It is never our intention to do this, but it is important that we see the pressure they are under.
We insist that they have perfect friends, perfect bodies,what they watch on TV,where they go and who with,do they have the right clothes and do they live in the right area,the right type of house and peer pressure, school can be a cruel place, children are cruel in many cases,but the pressure is really on in the later years of education, we want them to go to university, to get to university they have to pass a number of exams,lots of exams, from those exams they have to get the right grades, then they have the pressure of if the university will accept them, do they get the university they would like, do they eventually study what they would like, do they have the career that they want, where there passion truly is, or do they live the life we want them to have……… the pressure is on………during the exam period the stress levels are high, but are they truly recognised,it is very difficult for them to motivate themselves,hours and hours of revision and dedication,knowing that the next round the following year is going to be harder than the present one, do we really give them credit for this and acknowledge there stress levels. Your teenage years are supposed to be full of fun and days to be remembered, not years comptemplating your options, if you have any !!!
As these teenage people go into adult life, they should be happy and stress free, some will be, but others will carry this state of anxiety with them in every thing they do, every job interview they have and life changing decision they have to make will be a nightmare and the stress levels will go up and up, so maybe we can try to help them and them themselves, as parents we always want the best for them,we guide them as best we know how to,nobody gave parents a manual when they arrived, and nobody gave the children a manuel to be the best child ever…………………..so we have to give and take, we have to push when required and leave alone when the time is right, always be there when you are needed,love them in all circumstances and they must know that they are loved, no matter what the outcome of any situation……and as children if they do the best they can, nobody can ask for more.

Just get out of my way, go, don’t look back, never show your face around here again……I said get out of my way, your voice goes on and on ! Can you ever imagine talking to yourself in this way, well if you feel blocked, that you have procrastinated long enough, maybe you should. If you tend to blame others for your situation, the financial aspect, your own qualifications for what you want to do, whatever excuse you put forward, let me tell you, you are wrong, yes sorry about that, but if you stay with me a second, I will explain, as we are all guilty of the above, not just you. When we make these excuses we are really hiding behind our own fear, fear can be a strange thing and comes in many sizes, it does not have to be shaky hands and a cold sweat, we can fear our own abilities to become who we want to be,or how we want to be well, again, not quite true, it’s that little voice inside that jumps in telling us we can’t, oh yes we can………….but we have to have faith.
When we have faith in ourselves and the powers to be, be it for you the Universe, God, or the name you choose, we can do it, let go of that little voice called fear and send it packing, this is your life and it does not have a right to direct your life, that is your job, so don’t you think its time you take responsibility for it, whatever you may want to do, most skills, information and what you need to learn is available on the internet, that for a while takes care of the financial aspect, you can learn so much at no cost, (Unless of course, you want to be a brain surgeon!!) we would need to think about that in a different post ! we all have a skill to offer to others, and a passion we would all like to follow, what always holds you back is yourself, I am not suggesting anybody be reckless here, everyone wants a pay check, but you can combine a job and starting what you really want, if you REALLY want it. You are much stronger than fear, and until you can look it in the eye and identify it is there, you will not move forward, have faith, is there really anyone you can trust as much as yourself, you owe this to yourself, you are worthy of this and when you partner with God, The Universe with your person, you know they will never let you down, ever, but you must have that faith in yourself and your powerful partner. I know of people with highly successful businesses and successes themselves that never studied what they are doing now in their school years, we all have it in us, face the fear, face yourself and move on, but don’t be the one that stops you ! 
So, think about this, and when you realise that you are stopping yourself, get out of the way………….move forward, see it, feel it, do it! Start now towards what you want, your faith, your powerful partner will help you all the way, the openings will come, the opportunity will present itself, and as you know, when you close that door on the old you with fear, a new enormous door will open with fearless written all over it.
