When we give to others, our compensation is felt within, this does not always have to be a monetary giving, it can be done in many ways, the one thing that most people love to receive is your time, and I know for many this can in a way be a very expensive way of giving, our time is precious and is something we would always like to have more of, however that short time we can dedicate to others can mean the world to them, it can be a life line.
The ability to listen is one of the greatest gifts we can have, when we listen we can learn so much, and this can later be used within our daily life, whether it be within the family unit or even in your work place, when you listen and retain what you have heard, it may be worth much more than money can be, so we have been compensated in a different way, when you use it within your work place, it could also mean money and possible very beneficial. When you connect with someone and remember the name, an event they have explained or a situation (illness, family, etc.,) you connect with them in a way that they will relax and be much more receptive to your working proposition, and they in turn will listen to you,which in your working daily activities is what you want, this also applies to everyone in your work place, not just a client, what we normally give out is what we receive back, Don’t forget, there is always the acception to the rule !! but don’t be put of by this, you know who you are and that is the most important thing to remember, some of us are just born givers, the ability to help others in any walk of life is always very rewarding, to know that you have contributed to some one else’s happiness and well being is a great feeling.
When we deal with people from all walks in life, different cultures, different countries and different social status, we all have one thing in common, to be noticed and to be listened to no matter what we have to say, it is important to them and should be to us, when we speak we like to think that the other person is listening, even if you have heard it a thousand times !!!! As you go through your day and have various dealings with different people, try to put yourself in their situation and give to them what you would like done to you.. Give and you will receive.

No blog today guys, I am out for lunch, as it’s that day yet again, it just keeps popping up, it comes round every year……….I suppose it is the same for us all,
What could be better than a lovely lunch with your friends, sadly not all of us are in the same country, but, all being well they will soon be here and we will be doing it all over again………it’s great, we all get two birthday’s !!

DO YOU HAVE IMPOSTER SYNDROME..
If you do have these feelings, welcome to approx 70% of the working force, at some point in their career, you are not alone, this is a feeling that the majority of us feel at some point in our working life, if you feel you are a fraud or are not worthy of your current post or of any merit for your work, you will fit into the group we have mentioned.
You may feel that you have covered your work well but at the same time you have a feeling you are going to wake up and everyone will see what you are doing wrong, even if you are highly successful, you may suffer from these thoughts, at some point in your career, it is when you have the incapability to accept your success and goals, which is purely due to your own merit, you like to link it to external events, or a little luck, just circumstances that were there and anyone could have reached the same success ! For someone who goes through these feelings they will probably be perfectionists or leave everything to the last-minute or they maybe never really finish anything.
Most people who suffer from this syndrome have the capabilities required, but, their own perception of themselves makes them feel unworthy and of no value, , although this is not true. This can be because of stereotypes and family dynamics during that persons infancy, the feeling that maybe their siblings are more clever than they are etc., and that they feel in the case of women, that success is more attached to the male sex and them to failure !! (What a thought) however this is true and sadly many women today feel this way, it is a block they have from childhood which they should work on to remove. This can affect men also, it can also affect people who have found success very quickly and did not expect it, and from people with very successful parents.
So how do you get around this, after many years helping professional women who feel they are imposters and for that reason feel unsatisfied or stuck in their work or career, it can be a temporary situation, it can disappear with time and experience, when they realise that they are super qualified and have only their own merit to be thankful for. Others at times need help, to get over this syndrome, we have to work through the internal blocks that create this situation and identify them. Our personal competence of success and failure, behaviour and thoughts which we feel outside of our work which can trigger these feelings of imposter and modify this step by step.

Women, I am sure you know many, but do we really take the time to know what a real woman is made of, we may know, we may compare we may aspire…Have you ever seen a woman who is not strong, you may sometimes comes across one, until sadly there is a tragedy, and all of a sudden from out of nowhere a strength appears and develops to protect all that is necessary in her realm, it is unbelievable how a woman can cope with tragedy and circumstances that life just seems to love to throw at us, generally speaking a woman who runs a home, will be nearer to understanding the problems of running a country….it is in her, the ability to take control when it is needed. This is due to having confidence in your abilities and then being tough enough to follow through.
I feel so grateful for being a woman, at times I think I must have done something pretty spectacular in another life, when we realize what we are and what we have to give to the world and our immediate surroundings as mothers sisters grandma’s partners will really can become unstoppable, to get to this point we just have to see our abilities in confidence, self worth and that we deserve better, a continual growth.
A strong woman can accept both compliments and criticism graciously, knowing that it takes both sun and rain for a flower to grow. It takes a great deal of courage to stand up for what you want, to stand up to your loved one’s, your enemies to the world at large… you can see the difference between a mature woman and a younger girl, the girl will crave attention, the woman will want respect, there is saying that a man has to do what a man has to do, well women I am proud to say, just gets on and does what he can’t……….that’s just the way it is, the normal rule would be where there is a woman there is magic, why……that’s something you have to resolve for yourself.. as women we, at times will do things that we know we are not quite ready for, but that is how we grow, we cannot wait for the perfect time, because the perfect time is now, Strong women are not simply born,they go through challenges of life, situations that are not always wished to be faced, the reasons we do not always hold, but we accept and continue on our life journey, as this seems to be the unwritten rule, with each challenge we grow mentally and emotionally, we move forward with our head held high, we are firmly rooted into the ground and what we believe, we get throught the storm and eventually see the sunshine on the other side.

LIFE IS ABOUT CREATING
Many people believe that to be able to find the life they truly desire, they first have to find themselves , it is not a question of finding themselves it’s more a question of creating the person they wish to be, so how do we create the life you desire?
One of the first steps have to be your mindset, it is very true that if you change your thoughts, you will change your life……you will know the theory, what you think, you become…what you feel, you attract…and what you imagine you create. Take a little look at your life now, and be extremely honest with yourself, do you feel your life is what you have thought,felt and imagined…..at times for what ever circumstances we see everything in a negative manner and imagine the worst scenario possible…..now if we had imagined thought and felt the entire opposite would things be different?….. well the answer is very simple, and it costs nothing, just a thought,feeling and imagination and we can see for ourselves if we can create our life………I know you can and you should believe that you can also.
Now, of course there are a few things you need to take into account when we start on the incredible journey of creating your desired life, if you can imagine what you desire,you can achieve it, if you can dream it you can become it, I am sure you have heard all of these things, which are true, if applied correctly…..when you go through this process, you will need a partner, a coach ,a friend someone just as passionate as yourself regarding your goals and dreams, you need this person to hold you accountable, when you have this in place you will make your first permanent step towards success, if you don’t have this, it is going to be more difficult, you need to be very strong willed in what you think feel and imagine, and you must have the ability to block out your negative outside influencers…..and these can be people very close to you who do not understand your way of creating and therefore don’t understand your goals and dreams. By making a commitment to your accountability partner about your goals and dreams, will make the milestone realistically attainable.
How you understand your process, and your belief will show on the outside, everything we think feel and imagine on the inside can not be hidden from the outside, when we are happy it shows, when we are sad it shows, you may feel you are a good actor….but, people you know you well and care for you, will see straight through your act.
when you start to work towards your goals and dreams you must think feel and imagine, every section it covers, imagine how you would feel if you had your dream/goal let that shine through, by doing this you will start to attract what you seek, you have to be prepared for what you want in every aspect of that desire, you also have to be wide awake and ready to act, at times your goals/dreams can appear quickly, the universe loves speed, so you really have to be ready at all times, feel that life you crave, imagine the soulmate you seek think how your new job, home car wardrobe will look like, how does the car feel, how have you furnished your new home, how does your new soulmate act with you, all things have texture smell touch, use all your senses and experiences that take you closer to what you want, the more detailed you can think feel and imagine your goals/dreams. See yourself leading the life you wish for yourself, design and create your new life and lifestyle.
If you really wish to create a life, you have nothing to lose, just give it a go…….it’s for you, you deserve this, you are worth it……….think, feel and imagine!
