WHAT IS IT, ABOUT A HOME !
A house is made from bricks and wood, a home is made of love, so what is it that gets us so attached to our home, why does it take on such a symbolic role, as we grow from little children into young teenagers this house that has been our shelter, now becomes our home, we feel safe and secure within the walls, everything is familiar to us, we are comfortable, it is home to our pets, family and we house all our worldly goods within.
For some it is a place where the family lives as a unit, or you may live alone, but if you have love, if you have filled your house with love then it is a home. It is stability to us, our rock, and when it is in danger for whatever reason, it is normal for us to feel panic and upset, here we have feelings of security, we have a feeling of well-being. It protects us from the outside world, it shelters us from the rain !

It is questioned many times, that if you live alone, the house cannot be filled with love, this is so untrue, everyone is different that is for sure, but normally a home is built up over the years, by adding objects, pictures, your stamp is on it, these things are generally bought with love, so every little thing is loved in its own way, some people can feel the love in a home, as soon as they step over the door way, it is a feeling that engulfs them, it is a home cared for with love.
A home can be reconstructed in another house, there is no question about this, but the emotional attachment we find we have can be very strong, although it is always exciting to move to another new house, your job is then to make it into a home, a loving home where you feel at ease and happy.

Your home is also filled with happy memories, of family that maybe are no longer with us, of times we have laughed and danced with joy, even times we have cried, and our pets who are part of our family team have also gone to further pastures, but we always have the memories, we take them with us in our heart, but fond memories are very often relived when we can look out maybe onto a garden or pool where those events have taken place. Leaving a true home is never easy, it is emotional and heart-felt.

When we are in our home, we are the King or Queen of the castle, you can build on your stability and success and you will continue to grow.

Antonio Vivaldi was born in Venice in March of 1678, An Italian Baroque composer, known for many pieces of music and operas but without a doubt his most well-known work was the Four Seasons, known throughout the whole of europe and beyond. Vivaldi died in July 1741 at the age of 63.
Today is a perfect day to work away the weekend stress you may have suffered, listening to this beautiful piece of music………………most people know this piece so please enjoy, in preparation for tomorrow , Monday.

MENOPAUSE…………………………………
What does menopause have installed for you, many women pass through different stages, no two are the same, there are a few little symptoms that seem to affect everyone, and of course all females go through this time, some better than others.
Avoid osteoporosis, don’t let those bones get fragile, the ability to absorb calcium changes the same with vitamin D (which we can find in fish, eggs and taking the sun) both essential for good bone density, this is why it is important to increase your milk intake and regulate your vitamin D. The female frame is more prone to osteoporosis, being more fragile and passing through the menopause as we suffer a decrease in estrogen. The estrogin keeps the equilibrium in the cells which renew our bones,allowing them to refill what the body eliminates. It is advisable to have an intake of 1.000mg of calcium a day, especially during and after the menopause.

Enjoy your life, it is important to face life in this moment with positivity, the menopause should not be lived as something negative or with a sense of loss. On the contrary , this is a new period opening up in your life,and in most occasions it is when you will feel truly fulfilled and free and know personal maturity. Do not let this opportunity pass you by and live this time with vitality and accept the natural changes that happen within your body and emotions which can affect you. Just take it as a new simple step in your life, it is not an illness and it is not the end of your life, the fact that you can not reproduce anymore is not a great thing in our present society !!

Exercise, make the effort and exercise, even if you never have before, it is important, you need to make drastic changes,so start now, a good walk about 30 mins a day , 5 days a week, we do not have excuses, you don’t have to go or join a gym or buy a load of sports gear, just get up and work, you will be so grateful later on….Walking has great positive results and effects on you, it increments the production of melamine which is associated with the sleeping habits, it allows you to sleep better during the night, you will also find it affects your humour which releases endorphins which are important in this stage of your life. The sport will also reduce anxiety, depression and helps the sleeping pattern which can go a big out of sync for a while, and of course dont forget it can help with your weight, it will help to keep it stable.

BREATH AND OXIGINATE YOUR HEART !

Walking at a good rhythm, opening well your lungs and oxygenate your heart. Check if you are doing these basic steps well or do you need to change a few things, for your little walks to be more beneficial to your heart health and health in general.
Good healthy lungs are fundamental to be able to breathe well, and also for your blood to travel well filling your body with oxygen ,it helps you’re the work of the heart. Taking a little walk at a lunchtime really is a good way to get this oxygen you need. It will approve your heart resistance and can help to delay up to 10 years of the developement of heart/lung problems, for this reason it is important to know how to breath properly ,doing the right exercises may also keep the risk of cholesterol at bay.

The correct way to keep control of your breathing while walking, is to inhale through the mouth the same time as taking one step and through the nose when you step up the pace, and exhale during two steps, when you exhale make sure you do it slowly and through the mouth during the time of two steps. If you do this everyday, you will learn how to empty your lungs well so that the breathing will be more fluid.
When you breath incorrectly through the mouth or through the nose or not superficially, your heart will need to engage in more strength than normal to function well.
Learn how to exhale correctly, concentrate more in exhaling than inhaling, if you empty the lungs well you will be able to fill them easier and will not need the extra strength on the heart.
Keep your back upright, and your vision straight ahead to help the breathing.
Train your lungs to expand and release, blow balloons up during the day this helps to get to grips with your lung capacity. Blow bubbles into a glass of water using a straw, expand the trunk of your body, sit and push your hands with fingers entwined straight in front of you, lift them to your limit while breathing in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
