We all know we have one heart, but when I look at this tree, I see many hearts and think that we are very similar, we let so many things go through our hearts, we let many things hurt our hearts, we feel pain, joy, happiness and of course the magic word love. There are so many things that affect our heart, we even make decisions from the heart, and we can be strong hearted, weak hearted sensitive and even cold, when needed.
We hold our dreams in our heart, that we should never let go of, these are like tiny seeds that with love and care grow into beautiful things in the future, they also tell us that with love in our hearts we always stay young !

IT’S THE TIME …..”EQUINOX”……….
Here we are again, the wonderful time of year to welcome the spring or autumn depending on where you are ? We celebrate the exact point between light and dark, the night grows longer to be equal with the days, which gradually brings balance into the new season.
This is not only an excellent time for the seasons to obtain their new balance, it is also an excellent time for you……………yes we all need to re-balance from time to time,but now is the magical time to communicate with the universe and regain your new balance, when things go wrong in our life, as they will, again for all of us, no oneis without these little or big bumps in the road, no one has a journey without some form of obstacle, some are big some are small, how we re-act to these obstacles is how the size developes, this is something that maybe we do not always see or wish to see, everything happens for a reason, which I am sure you have heard many times, is it your time to learn a little more, push yourself a little bit further, understand others in a different way, show your leadership skills and unveil your natural powers, could any of these be the reason why, it is good for you to scratch the surface a little, you will be amazed what can be revealed.
This is a perfect time to reflect, to take a little peek at what has gone during the year, do not linger here, the past has gone and nothing will change that, it is a question of taking stock on what is what today, so let go of anything that is holding you back, release it and welcome the new equinox ready to start anew and full of your new intentions, these are your goals and dreams and you can achieve what ever you want, you have the power to create your future, to design each step one by one, believe in yourself and believe in your dreams.
You may be thinking that to re-organise your life is pretty straight forward or extremely difficult, which ever life can be difficult , but with help and guidance things can easily be put back on track, providing you are willing and act, life in general needs structure and strategies to get into the flow of things, if you look at it a little like a recipe, you may know all the ingredients, in fact you may even have them written down, but if the ingredients are 100% the right one’s and are not melted together in that certain way, your new recipe could be a disaster, it is very important to incorporate each ingredient or strategies (In this case) at the right moment. Maybe you will need a little help, never have fear at reaching out for help and guidance.
Whatever change you may be looking for within the future, now is an excellent time, have a fabulous equinox.

OPEN PLAN…………………………
The open plan concept, at first a novelty and full of inspiration, but does everything flow, It has been found that in an office, conversations are broken , and everyone shares in on the local news or company gossip !! The room takes on odours of all kinds, people eat this and that and not everyone is happy with this arrangement…..
The original open plan system within the office work force became popular in the 60’s, this does not include the famous typing pools which were previously in existence, although still extremely popular they have reduced in the amount of people within, and are more comfortable to work in, surveys did show that open plan can distract more than help the creativity its original idea had, it was used as a thinking tank where idea’s could flow freely from one employee to another, also in some cases the concentration level is weaker due to the hustle and bustle of not having private offices. open plan offices need to be filled with very special people, who have the ability to work amongst others without losing any abilities they may have., it is not suitable for all.
There are a few ways you can survive an open plan office, you can make invisible barriers with your files and books, a plant is also a good screen………when taking a break, don’t eat behind your computer screen, try to get outside, 5 mins in the fresh air helps, giving the brain a little oxygen is always welcome, and it takes you away and distract you from the office for a short period.
Many modern homes now have an open plan and they are very attractive, large and spacious, however they can have the same problems at times as an office, maybe who is cooking is very happy but the person in the lounge does not enjoy the noise and smells that flow from the kitchen, it is important to remember to have a separate room as a home office or maybe little lounge area to relax if the house is occupied or your little space to meditate and be just you !
We all need our little flow, whether it be in our work space or within our home.Never forget yourself.

AND YOU….WHAT’S IMPORTANT ?
It seems to be the era of “false News” each day becomes more difficult to distinguish reality and fact ! As we are in the middle of internet and post truth……before the generators of public content, were the known communicators, who to ensure their credibility, amongst other things, had an editor known as (fact checking editors) who dedicated their hours to verifying the news content…….before it became public knowledge, however, it now seems no one has time for this and no one does it !!And this is how false news grow and grow…., professional communicators can only guarantee their survival if we can maintain their credibility, the biggest problem being within the confidence they may have with the supplier of the information, knowing that the lie practice is found in all areas today, which makes it difficult for us to trust what we have around us. This not only makes life difficult for professionals it is also difficult for us, all of us, not knowing whether to place trust or not, for those of us who have trusted and it came back to bite us, it is a serious and complicated decision to make, but, if we intend to move forward with a normal life, we have to take this step and hope for a better result, remember it was not you that broke the trust it was another .
Is it really so difficult to meet other people who are willing to enter into fair play, it is for everyone, no one is better of than the other, equal fair play, but I know it is hard to find in professional and personal circumstances,this is when we have to decide if this is going to be our business agreement of the year or are we really dating our prince/cess charming, do we take the plunge and believe and trust, as hard as it maybe I think it is only fair play to do so ! So if you are in this situation take a deep breath and keep going……………….it is important to you ❤

THE WRONG CHOICE ……………………………
Have you ever had one of these type of people in your life, whether it be through a personal relationship or friendship, you will remember it well, because it probably hurt !! it would be hard for it not to have, these type of people seem to rotate around the world partly thinking they own most of it and are totally unaware of a wonderful emotion we have called feelings, they are the kind that we ponder on “do they have a heart”……do these people ever cry over a Christmas advert or love film…………..I don’t think so ! but hey you never know ?
At times you may even think it could be cool to be this way, float through life and nothing effects you or ruffles your little feathers, but only hold on to that for a second…………you would not like it, if you are used to feeling most things including beauty as well as the sadness being totally insensitive would not appeal to you at all. So, how do people become this way, have they had a hard up bringing and struggle with showing emotion, have they never had a moment of raw true feelings and possible a feeling of love ? Do they feel worthless and are incapable to acknowledge worth in others, the list is endless, however when we are on the receiving end of this type of person the ending is not good for us, this kind of person has another talent that we have not mentioned, they are weak………yes weak….the reason I say this is due to the fact that they listen to everything that is said around them regarding in this moment YOU the one who feels the brunt of all this bad talk, when a person is jealous, unhappy, desperate etc., they will do anything in their power to destroy the happiness and general well-being another may have, this is many times done through talking badly about someone, and of course most of it will be lies, things that are made up just to make YOU look bad, the result is usually a break up of that personal relationship or that friendship or even a business partnership, I use the word weak because they are not strong enough to not take this all on board when they know deep down you don’t fit that description, these people are very emotionally unstable and go with the flow of others to feel part of what is going on and to be popular and at times to play the victim, which on many occasions is their favourite role. Those of you who have received this judgement I hope you ran the course knowing that the truth in the end always comes out, this at times can take years , the damage has been done and many of you will have paid the price for this malice act for maybe many years, but the most important thing however hard it has been, is you hold the truth within and this can and will give you some inner relief and peace, never go to the level of the another person if your first explanation or meeting is not successful don’t carry on with it, you are not weak and have the strength to walk away and not involve yourself anymore.
Never forget to care for the real people who love you and be strong enough to let the other one’s go…………………..your happiness depends on you, never give that control to others ❤
