Now this has to be the most easy to imagine of them all, a little snooze to ease us into the afternoon, as you know for me being in Spain “the siesta” is very part of the Spanish culture, and when you have this as one of your new habits, you will agree with me, it will be the best 20 mins of your day, now, imagine the sun warming your body and your eyes are getting heavy, the slight breeze moves the hammock to and fro, let your mind wonder to your favourite spot or person and just drift away, 20 mins is all you need to refresh you and your mind, all ready for your afternoon of duties, whatever they may be ❤
