I don’t know if this is an age thing, or if we all at some time think how short life is, the saying say’s here today, gone tomorrow……I do not intend for this to me a morbid post, quite the opposite, but do we really realise that what we have is everything to us, in some cases it is our reason and purpose in life. So, do we…….on a daily basis tell the people we love, that we love them, do we always have a great hug when they leave or give that little peck on the cheek !! Do we do what our heart really wants to do, or what are emotion is really wanting, or do we fight how we feel, and play everything low-key. This post is about encouraging ourselves to do, what we feel, when we feel it, to repress emotions is one of the worst things we can do, we suffer on many levels, our health being a big one, what we hold in, will appear somewhere and it is usually regarding our well-being, you know the disease theory, dis-ease, our body is not right, so, by not showing your affection is it really worth that, many of us struggle to show our feelings,for many reasons,( that’s another post), but to say I love you, be careful, miss you, are really not that hard, even a compliment is nice to hear. 

Life really is short, even if we live to be 105, if we feel that we never really let the people in our life know they  are important to us. Do we really have all the time in the world, the answer is NO, as we never know what is around the corner, for any of us. 

This is even down to how we live our life, how many diet nearly all their life, why ?, if it makes you unhappy, they never travel, but want to,why? People live in fear ! Of what, it could be anything ! some not  so serious, life is for living, the best way we can, then there are people who cannot forgive, and feuds go on for years, why? nobody is perfect, and its usually the ones that inflict most pain on others, that have the most to hide, it can be an emotion of jealousy, possession control, everybody is different, but we all have a heart, that feels and can be damaged . When things get way out of control, many feel there is no way back, love always has a way, no words are necessary, you just need to show and share that love, love always finds a way, I am not talking here about couples, when a relationship has ended, you have to respect the other party, forced love is not acceptable.(again this would be another post)

So, the big question is, are we happy with ourselves, at the way we show our feelings, our love, our kindness to the one’s that are important to us, if the answer is no, then you know what you have to do, this does not have to be a big meeting, a big chit-chat, just show at your own speed, always let the people around you know that they are appreciated, loved, cared for, what ever your emotion may be, don’t wait for time to pass, for the right moment, just do and say what is in your heart, because this is also your time and life, don’t be at dis-ease,be happy the best of your ability, now and always, we get many things thrown at us, in our life time, but situations, any situation cannot and should not affect the love we can share, this does not cost money, the distance is no problem, there is no reason on this earth that can stop anyone from feeling the power of love, respect and kindness. Spread all the love you can always.
