When you think of your best self, do you wonder how, what where, how do I find my best self, It’s a big question “How do we become that person?” The secret to the answer to this question, is to eliminate all the things that are in your way , get rid of them !!! To become who you really are should not feel forced or awkward it should just flow from you, so that you feel so comfortable being the true form of your best self. You don’t need to feel fake, or be for a period of time someone you are not.
The first step is to understanding what is it ? that is keeping you from seeing your self. The first consideration should be the opinions of others, because that is exactly what they are, opinons of others, they are not your’s, we tend to take on the opinión of others in such a natural way, why, we all have opinions on how life should be, and that’s fine, but are they your’s ? they may be fine for them, but we are all different and unique as I tell you all the time, (it applies in everything) and you should not be who they want you to be. Generally most of these opinions are negative, not all , some can be positive , but these opinions have nothing to do with you. They belong to someone else, simply this, no more no less, and they can stop you from being your genuine best self. Being a carbón copy of someone , does not make you great, even though you are a carbón copy of someone you may admire or respect, you will just be good being someone else instead of being your best self. It is your responsibility to be the person you want to be and it’s your choice. You are not responsable for the opinión of others, be true to yourself and who you know yourself to be. There will always be someone going to have a negative opinión about you, this is not your problem , it’s theirs and their responsibility so just let it go………………..
Take a look and examine your character, that you need to change to get what you want. We all have strengths and weaknesses ! Who you become will greatly depend on your focus, focus on a plan to strengthen your weaknesses. When you only focus on your weakness, and not how to correct them, they will become your over riding thoughts , and will affect how you see things and your beliefs, and this affects your results. Can you see the pattern ? maybe more than you would like to, it’s the story of your life ? ………until now ! but, if we change this, we put it into complete reverse, the focus we give to our strengths and bringing forth new strong points, they become the dominating thoughts and take the form of your true image and beliefs.
Don’t worry about your present circumstances, as this is what we want to change, they are purely a representation of who you were, not who you are.
If you start today and focus hard on being your best self, your current situation will change and improve, but you have to remember that until now, it was who you were, and when you accept that and let go the results you seek will be seen. Don’t let external circumstances decide for you, no matter how hard that may be, you decide your self image on your terms and your standards, you have values, inner power and everything you need to be your best self. And not wanting to repeat, but you have to let go of what is stopping you, the beliefs you hold, créate new beliefs and know what you want and where you want to be, be yourself not someone, that others would like you to be, or even yourself, we are unique in everything we do, no two of us are the same, we all have our own path in life, and by being our best self, the journey can start and be successful. We are what we think, positive thoughts bring positive results, going over and over a situation will only bring much of the same, if you truly wish to move forward in your life, to be successful and to be happy, you have to know how to let go, forgive and enjoy your life on a daily basis, the odd day is not enough, it will out weigh the positive good and your balance will not have the equilibrium required to bring out and see your best self.
