At times when we show our emotions, you may think you are sensitive, and that at times sensitivity can be classified as weak, this is not so, we all show our emotions in different ways, you can find that the most sensitive can be the one’s that make the biggest difference, you are who you are, don’t change just to fit in and feel more accepted.
So, how do we control our emotions? are you capable of controlling not only your tears but also your anger, are you going to be sad forever? One thing you should have very clear is that you cannot control 100% your emotions, what you can get a grip on is how you react when your emotions come to the surface, and that is important to know the difference.
Self control is a great strength, that you will find within, calmness is a wonderful feeling that can be mastered, you do not have to be born with it, you have to know that with your strength, you have the capacity to not react to someone who will try to provoke or play on your emotions, don’t allow others to lead your life, you mark the direction you wish to take, your intelligence is stronger than your emotions and it must allow it work in these situations. You may wonder how you can master this, this is down to your self-awareness you need to have this under control, you have to control your destressing emotions, without this you feel no empathy and your relationships will be difficult, so if this is not in check, all the intelligence in the world will not get you very far.
You will always suffer if you allow your emotions to react to everything around you and that includes people that know how words and actions can offend you. You know when you are in control, it is your power within, you need to relax and observe how this works, use your logic, when you allow words to control you, you are telling yourself that people can and always will control you…..Breathe, and allow things to pass……..you have control !
The more you intend to hide your feelings (emotions) the more they will actually show…..and sadly the more you deny them and express them the more they will grow.
When at times, you reach your point of no return, and we all do at some point and you feel that there is no one to share your feelings with, close your eyes and try to share them with yourself, just you alone, because when we bring logic back into the equation we know that only one person is with you through thick and thin and until your very last breathe, and that is you……..only you

FRIENDS………………………………………………………..
When we think of friends what is the first thing that come’s into your mind ? Is it the person that you have known all your life,the person you met a few years ago,but has a special bond, the person that understands you better than anyone else or maybe the person who is always there for you no matter what…..
Friendship is something that is found between two people, it is not always something that has to be worked at, it is a magical thing that bond’s those people together, no matter what, through single days,between marriage,break ups,children, death’s and births, up and down everyday problems and at times some pretty serious obstacles that life just love’s popping in there. This could be an illness,financial disaster a total of the rails experience, and if that special person your friend is still there through all of what it may be, you do have a great friend, and deserves to be treated as such.
To dream of friends, represents, being well and happy, denotes pleasant tidings of them, or you will soon see them or some of their relatives. To see your friend troubled and haggard, sickness or distress is upon them. To see your friends dark-coloured denotes unusual sickness or trouble to you or them. To see them take the form of animal’s,signifies that enemies will separate you from your closet relations. To see your friend who dresses in somber colours in flaming red, foretells that unpleasant things will transpire, causing you anxiety if not loss, and that friends will be implicated. To dream you see a friend standing like a statue on a hill, denotes you will advance beyond present pursuits, but will retain former impressions of justice and knowledge, seeking these through every change. If the figure below be low, you will ignore your friends of former days in your future advancement. If it is on a plane or level with you, you will fail your ambition to reach other spheres. If you seem to be going from it, you will force yourself to seek a change in spite of friendly ties or self-admonition. To dream you see a friend with a white cloth tied over his face, denotes that you will be injured by some person who will endeavour to keep up friendly relations with you. To dream that you are shaking hands with a person who has wronged you, and he is taking his departure and looks sad, foretells you will have differences with a close friend and alienation will perhaps follow. You are most assuredly nearing loss of some character.
Dream or no dream, a true friend is a very valued jewel, and if you have that special bond, with all of your life’s experience’s, good and bad, you have a treasure that should be cared for at all times, a good friend is hard to come by and if destiny have given you this wonderful gift, give thanks everyday,and never forget your friend,because they will never forget you.

Sundays, was the day when most families always got together, sadly this has been lost over the years due to many modern day factors, the world is our oyster as they say, and we could all be in a different corner of this wonderful world !! However, we all seem to be connected to doing well and successful, starting companies and enterprises which are all very comendable, but we must never forget that the best company in the world and life is family.
