Do you ever have the feeling that at some point the world stopped, you stepped of to stretch your legs, and it carried on without you, it simply forgot to pick you up again. You maybe feel alone and that no one cares anymore and they do not listen to you, well I have news for you, you are never alone, whatever your circumstances, you may have lost a loved one, your rock of all ages, you may of become some what of a hermit, and slowly reduced your social circle or simply shut your self of, for whatever reason you have, your reason is always valid, because it is important to you, or was at the time, it happens over a period of time,maybe you did’nt even see it coming, but there you are feeling out there in limbo,but the good news is that the universe never abandon’s you, it is with you everyday all day,and it listen’s to every thought and word you say, all it wants to do is please you,so it gives back that everything we think and say, even if we only talk to ourselves, it hears every single word and gesture, so what can we learn from this, we have a friend, the best friend you can ever have, it doe’s not judge you, reproach you, it only has your best interest at heart, and can give you all that you want.
If you know what you want,why you want it and how to ask for it, I have posted about this many times, and will continue to do so until we reach our Ha Ha moment, sometimes it is the explanation that just clicks into place and away we go, when you really see, that you control your whole situation and that you hold all the cards, you really will feel part of the world again, you are back on the bus and moving towards the things you truly like and want and why you want them, (your now thinking…. how can I do that with the panorama I have around me at the moment ? right….) well first of all, you don’t have to take my word or anyone else’s for it, you need to try it for yourself, it’s free remember, there just for you,and only you are in control, this is very important,so don’t forget that, If you already know that the universe gives you back what you think and feel, you know that this is a fact, because you are living through the situation that you are thinking about 24/7 …… so change those thoughts and feelings, (again I hear you…. easy to say) well yes it is, but it is also easy to apply, if you start to see yourself happy looking forward to your new day (instead of dreading yet another day) that can happen, and then you see yourself doing what you want to do,(No…maybe’s here) What YOU want to do, situations will arise to get you there, Rome was not built in a day, but parts were and this is the same, one step at a time, in some form it will have something to do with your new journey, the why, well this is sometimes the problem, mainly we should be doing this for ourselves,but, as we so easily sacrifice ourselves time and time again, that’s how you probaly got into this situation, through no fault of your own, also have this very clear, so when you look for your why, it could be your children, your grandchildren it can even be your dog, that has sat faithfully watching and listening to you, he deserves a happy owner, enjoying time with them in the park, your children deserve a happy parent, they know, even if they say nothing, your happy or not, and they see that, grandchildren can be great motivators, because your love expands daily like with your children, and nothing but the best is good enough, it can be many reason’s, just look around you,the motivator is there, looking you straight in the eye, now when you see all this, you have to press the activate button and do your part, when that opportunity/situation comes along, grab it and go with it, don’t let it pass you by, because thought and action go like lighting !!! So get ready to join life and the world again, tiny steps one at a time you will soon see, that nobody forgot about you,just keep moving forward, your goal is just a few steps away.

If we stop for a second and think about Christmas Time, there are so many things that are special for us and about this time, so what is special for you? Many of us, love to see the color and special decorations that we display throughout our homes, the pretty little lights that bring warmth and the wonderful smell of the fresh pines or cinnamon sticks we like to burn within our home, the burning of the wooden logs and the fresh air that sneaks into our home, each time we open the door…….so many different scents than other times of the year, the Christmas baking spices and seasoning that float through the air and don’t let us forget the great smell on Christmas Day, that floats through our home from the early morning, as the excitement builds for the big meal of the day……………………….
Christmas means different things to different people, for many I think the happiest time is when we are fortunate enough to share this time with young children, there is nothing more beautiful than a little face, smiling with joy and excitement to know what Father Christmas has left for them, and how do they get down that chimney? I was told last weekend as to not make the log fire so big, as I could burn Father Christmas when he calls !!………Common sense kicks in but the fantasy is stronger and more than anything else the belief, so why do we lose this belief as we get older, knowing the answer you are thinking is obvious, but the sheer fact that you believe, how many, so-called impossible things have you plowed through in your life, nothing is impossible if you hold the determination to see it through, to watch it appear into your life…………………….. to keep your focus so intact, never give up on your dreams and wishes and never give up your belief……………………………..x3
Christmas is a time to give, although any time of the year is equally as good if someone is in need, it is a perfect time to give, many people confuse this time and giving, giving can be many things, it does not have to be materialistic, your time, a listening ear a lovely hug can at times can be worth much more than any gift that is bought, even a bunch of wildflowers picked by the roadside, a gift is something different to everyone, when we are in need of human contact an emotional gift is worth all the stars in the sky, when someone feels the warmth of friendship or love, when they know they are worthy of the time that someone can give them and feel that hug, or that someone takes the time to call, the fact that people take that time, is what means more to some than others. So where ever you may be or whatever you may be doing, someone somewhere may just need a few seconds of your time to feel on top of the world……………………………….

One of the question’s I am most asked about is our vibration’s, our frequency……it is part of the Law of Attraction that most people do not understand or find the most difficult to do, it is not as difficult as you may think, you probaly experience it many times, but, you do not see it for what it is, how many times do you go somewhere new, or meet someone for the first time and you do not feel comfortable, there is something of key, but you don’t know what it is, it’s the vibration, the frequency is different to where you are or who you are with than your own. Why do some business premises do well and other’s not so good, it’s all about the energy, the vibration, the frequency.
So, you may be thinking,but how do I know where my vibration is, low med or high, it’s simple to valuate, How do you feel ? right now, if you feel good, chances are you are on a med/high vibration, if you tend to always feel down, then you are certainly on a low vibration,, but, as you can see you can change that vibration by the way you feel. This should also make you realise that you have far more control over your life than you thought, when your vibration is high you will attract other high vibration’s, you will attract people and situations into your life, to take you where you want to go. You are responsible for your life and how you feel, not your past, upbringing or previous experiences. You can take the POWER back over your life when ever you please, this is why when two vibrations meet of the same frequency, whether that be low or high they will stick to each other like glue, in the relationship area, if two low vibrations are together they will get along just fine,because they are feeding of each other, like attracts like…… the same with a higher vibrations, however the lower vibration relationship will probaly stay still, find it hard to advance and get what they want in life, they will both feel victims of their situation and probaly see everything in a very negative fashion, now, the high vibrations will thrive, they will be go getters and will progress on the path that they want in life, and from this you can see what happens when low meets high, or high meets low, which ever way you wish to see it, the fit will not be right, some relationships are referred to as ” Just grown apart ” your interests are different, everything between you is different, this does not have anything to do with that complete opposites sometimes have the best relationships, why, because they are both high vibrations. You know the saying “Birds of a feather,flock together” could this be the law of attraction in full swing ! If you are aware that you carry a low vibration, there are many ways to change that and very quickly, the first and maybe most important is to stop complaining and gossiping, this will only bring you more of what you don’t want. listen to music, it’s a great way to lift your vibration by making you happy, get active, exercise, walk,cycle anything but move, this activates your endorphins brings happiness,and attract happy experiences to you, just sit and breath deeply, this will relax you and help your nervous system, a calm vibration is a high vibration,and the easiest of all is to think of something or someone you love and appreciate the beauty around you, nature is a fabulous vibration up lift, a favourite smile even a well organised room, it just takes one thing to change your vibration, you may need to practice some methods, but others are very easy to bring to mind and always be grateful for everything you have,this does not have to be material objects there are many things in life we owe gratitude to, they are all around us. Don’t wait any longer let’s all get on the high vibe………………………………………………..

Never believe that authority or power is given to you by what you do as a job or by other people, Authority and power come from you and only you, and the quote above is so correct, when you lead by example, you will generate respect and will and have inner confidence within your position.
Every day we have the power to choose and we have spoken about this many times, we make our own history but what we choose, by opening our hearts and our minds and when we speak for what we believe and know is right………..you have to keep your power for yourself, stop giving it away to others, don’t give your power to others when you do this you are giving away like a gift the opportunity to know you before you really know yourself. Knowing too much about another person places you within their power, they then have a claim on you, you are placed in a position to understand where they are coming from and to understand their reasoning on things you have no necessity to do, this only places you in a weaker position.
You know when you have gained your authority or power when you can walk away from a situation because it is not right for you, because it is toxic, because it is not right, whatever your reason may be. We think from time to time that knowing is enough and this is not the case, we need to act you need to apply your knowledge to your situation at hand, you are the only person that knows what your mind is thinking and who truly knows your power and authority in your work.
We all have authority, we just need to know how to use it, you need to be seen and heard, your knowledge is sometimes not enough, you know when you need to apply your wisdom and share your experience, make sure you are given your position and taken seriously, you need to pick your own battles and don’t let others drag you into something you want no part off, you are strong and at times you need to show it……..deal with what is important to you, keep calm and act accordingly, you have to prioritize and don’t believe you can have it all, all the time, because you can’t, at times things do not go to plan, it does not just depend on you, other people become involved and no one is perfect, so always take that into account, believe in yourself it is a difficult job to wade through troubled waters and people, we can learn so while dealing with difficult situations in life, we need to know we can’t do it all, learn to let go of things that you don’t deserve and don’t serve you, stick to your principals, but don’t let them destroy you or the people you love, stay focused and never waste your time, and the one of the biggest things in life, learn how to say NO!! When you go through difficult times, which you will, we all do, try to work out, why you have the reaction you do, and maybe at times why it could be you who is being difficult and why don’t accept unreasonable behavior, learn to listen to your inner voice, know what you want, think before you speak and how you are going to say it, and never start an important meeting or conversation if you are angry or upset…….
Always remember you have your own power, the power to heal yourself as well as others, you always need to remember that, we always have the power of our own minds, grab that, and consciously use your power.
