I have a big day tomorrow, so I need to prepare, It is Spanish Mothers day and I am going to celebrate with a lovely lunch, which I will be preparing for my family, my eldest son and his wife will be missing, but are with us in thought and in our heart always,at least now we can talk and see each other across the miles, I can see they are fine and they can see that I am.So, my big thank you, tomorrow will be that I am grateful for video calls and Skype,I am grateful for my family and grateful for my health to enjoy them all .

Due to the great spring weather, we will be able to enjoy a lovely table outside in the garden, we are so lucky, I hope that what ever you ‘re doing tomorrow you have a lovely day alone or in good company………

MY KINDNESS INTENTION…………………..

As you are probably aware The Kindness Challenge starts next week, and this week we are requested to write our personal intention, more than maybe ever, my intention is so strong this year, I would honestly say I am a kind person, and try to apply and show this when ever the moment occurs.
Many of you know that I had open heart surgery at the end of January, I was not expecting this and it came as quite a shock, to me and my family, I really did have a close call, and I can sincerely tell you that your life and the world is never the same again, not in a bad way don’t misunderstand me, you just see things in an entirely different light.
The kindness that was shown to me and my boys was incredible, they were incredible, my friends the nursing staff, surgeons I was covered with love and kindness. I pass this on everyday, you never know what is going on in the inside, and the kindness that you receive or pass on, can be a wonderful feeling to experience.
Kindness is free, it costs nothing but means everything, no money can buy a magnificent dose of kindness. We all need kindness, and sadly there are people in this world that do not know this special feeling of kindness , some have never received it and others have never given it.Can we spread it around the world, can we make kindness contagious

We live in a spiral of obligations , which leave us hardly any time to think let alone live the life we want.

6 TIPS TO ACHIEVING WHAT YOU WANT.
Always work towards your object …… Imagine a life free of obligations, its like a lighthouse urging us on, although we have to realise we would never reach our destination. We will never have a life so pure that we have no obligations, but we can get close if we try.
Take time out to live………could you visualise giving your mind a rest and stealing a day of your life to live ? Do we really give ourselves the space to live ! It is a beautiful idea , but few of us put it into practise, we think that the solution is to work on overload all year with our obligations and that the reward is a two/three-week holiday once a year, and some of us have weekends also. Is that living ?
Don’t over think, some people even say “I want a life where I don’t need to take holidays” This is a very interesting concept, but it does hold its problems, if taken the wrong way, we may find a friend opening a beach bar as an ideal situation ! Must of us, would see these situations as pure imagination, it could make us feel good for an instance, but we would never do it, not because we are cowards,but because we know that in the long out come it would not be the right decision to make.

Imagination is not enough……..Holidays are not enough, a change here and there will not be enough either, to put in full swing the Law of Attraction, we must imagine, yes visualise your new life, how it would be as if you are living it now, focus on this and always keep positive, and most important is to keep moving forward, you must act..and bring your thoughts into your reality.
Positivity…..It is important to always see what you have, not what you don’t have, it is always better to have a little of what you want than nothing at all, your mindset must be on what we have, this keeps us on the move, in a forward action, we accept what we have and as we acquire more we happily are moving forward.
Do not only concentrate on your obligations…….you go to work, you occupy yourself with the house, you take the children to school, pay the bills, prepare the food, answer the mail you deal with everything and maybe lots more, if you add them all up, I am sure it would be a healthy number of things and activities and if you add all the time it takes, what does that leave for you, don’t leave this situation as it is, NOW is your moment.

Time, how many times do we talk about the importance of time, it waits for no one, not you or me, enjoy everything you have now in the moment, it is what really counts !

At this time of the day, it is highly likely that situations in your daily routine may have your heart beat racing a little. They are little things but they are things that can damage your heart muscle over a period of time, find 10 minutes at lunch time and implement these little changes into your routine.
Two minutes of sunshine can strengthen the heart, giving our body the opportunity to generate Vitamin D, this is always beneficial as it is well-known that a deficient of vitamin D can higher the risk of heart illness and high blood pressure. Sunshine is beneficial in other aspects also for the heart, keeping blood pressure under control, if it is high, your heart will have to work stronger than normal and will suffer. If it is cold outside but the little sun there is can filter through the window, place yourself to feel the benefit of these rays, especially on your arms and legs.

Yoga is also excellent, even when you are still at risk, yoga helps to reduce tension,cholesterol and weight. Holding the position of the tree, will give you strength in the legs and help you to stretch, you will feel calm and feel the power of your body. Take in two deep breaths and repeat.
Take 2 minutes to show your emotions with an image, photographs are wonderful for this, people who are in love will always benefit the heart,remember this can be with your children, grandchildren and of course our pets, when you can look at photographs and feel love, comfort and remember wonderful things you generate positive thoughts, of course the secret here is to remember good things and not fall into a trap of missing people. Choose well and keep them at hand. Cutting yourself of from friends, family,people in general can create a larger risk of heart illness, always try to be happy with your life.
Don’t forget to smell the roses, literally!! it is always good to stop and smell the lovely aromas that nature always has for us, the sense of smell is one of many ways to experiment emotions, emotions that are connected to our heart rhythm. If you are lucky to have a small rose garden or one near by, don’t hesitate in going to smell them, other wise a good suggestion is to buy a small bottle of rose oil. Another good aroma is lemon, it helps to reduce high blood pressure but is not as beneficial as the rose aroma.

Lunch time is a perfect time to give the heart a little push, to keep it perfect for the rest of the day. When you reach the equator of the day give your heart a little break, a little tlc, it will really appreciate it and so will you.
Always stay calm after an upset, the following two hours are very important, this is when you are more likely to have a reaction. Concentrate on your breathing, and do relaxation exercises if necessary. A little siesta is also extremely” hearthealthy” never exceed 30 mins with reduced light and comfort. Your breathing will provide oxygen to your heart muscle, walking at a good pace is good to open the lungs and oxygenate the heart. Enjoy tea and infusions that will help with blood pressure and cholesterol. Make a 10 minute little plan to help your heart everyday.
