As you are probably aware The Kindness Challenge starts next week, and this week we are requested to write our personal intention, more than maybe ever, my intention is so strong this year, I would honestly say I am a kind person, and try to apply and show this when ever the moment occurs.
Many of you know that I had open heart surgery at the end of January, I was not expecting this and it came as quite a shock, to me and my family, I really did have a close call, and I can sincerely tell you that your life and the world is never the same again, not in a bad way don’t misunderstand me, you just see things in an entirely different light.
The kindness that was shown to me and my boys was incredible, they were incredible, my friends the nursing staff, surgeons I was covered with love and kindness. I pass this on everyday, you never know what is going on in the inside, and the kindness that you receive or pass on, can be a wonderful feeling to experience.
Kindness is free, it costs nothing but means everything, no money can buy a magnificent dose of kindness. We all need kindness, and sadly there are people in this world that do not know this special feeling of kindness , some have never received it and others have never given it.Can we spread it around the world, can we make kindness contagious
Beautiful intention and yes, we can all do our bit to spread kindness. ❤️

Kindness is something that we can just give for free to other people… it doesn’t cost us anything but may change life’s of many…

I am so touched by this post. THANK YOU for sharing the value of kindness. So important.
If you are ok with it, I’d love for you to contribute this post to Forgiving Fridays. It’s a weekly blog that I do to inspire readers to forgive – or a quality or experience that relates to forgiveness – and share about it!
To contribute, all you need to do is create a pingback to my most recent Forgiving Fridays and include #ForgivingFridays. (Here’s the latest post if helpful: https://forgivingconnects.com/2017/05/26/todays-forgiving-fridays-accepting-and-loving-myself-as-i-am/)
You are also welcome to contribute a different (or additional) post if you’d like to! ❤ Either way, it would be wonderful to have your contribution.
Sending you and your family – and everyone touched by you – much blessings,
Debbie

Yay that’s great!! I didn’t get the ping back. If helpful, the key is to ping back to last Friday’s post! Just go to my blog, click on that post, and copy and paste it into your ping back link. Let me know if you have questions. (Feel free to email me at weloveyou@forgivingconnects.com) Blessings, Debbie 💜

I love your line “Kindness is costs nothing, but means everything”. That is so true! If more people randomly showed kindness to others, the world would be a much better place to live. At the beginning of this year I had the idea to go out and share some kindness with random strangers in need. It’s been an amazing and eye opening expieriance. You can read about my encounters in my blog “selfless-selfie”. God bless! Thanks for the post
