Sleeping Cool!
There are certain little changes you can make to enable you to have a good night’s sleep in this very hot weather, so what is a comfortable and fresh bedroom, the Meditteranean look never fails, it instantly takes you to maybe a recent holiday or happy memories but it also helps to keep the room itself cool during the heat, using white and navy blue in the textiles and using as many natural fabrics as possible with details of wood, will give that coastal feel to your room and also keep it cool and don’t forget to add plants they help a lot and are very decorative when choosing fabrics always go for cotton or even linen sheets they are much fresher and appealing, If you really like your continental quilt, that’s great but the option would be not to place it in the cover.
An excellent alternative to air conditioning is a ceiling fan, preferably in white they can be very attractive as there are lots of different styles and they give that rustic meditteranean look, fresh flowers also work well, blue and white are the coolest colors you could choose for your summer freshness.

VISION BOARD
Do you have a vision board? You simply have to create a Vision Board, it is one of the best ways to stay focused and motivated if you maybe struggle a little in that area, it is a visual representation of your goals which can and will affect your positivity and the change you may be seeking to make. Vision boards are effective, they take just a little time and a whole lot of imagination, place it where you can see it every day, this is where you take cut-outs or you personally write on paper your dreams and goals you are working towards, pin them to your board or place them in a frame, how you make it is up to you, you can even use a side of a cardboard box, it is a place where all your favorite things can be placed, or what you wish for in the future, a better body, car, house more stability financially, whatever it may be, your soulmate a new pet, more clothes, everyone is different, that is why there is abundance in all areas, we don’t all want the same things, making a vision board can be great fun and it keeps things right up there in your mind, and what you think about is what you receive, remember ask, believe receive!! So, if you were wondering what you were going to do this weekend, you now have a job, make a fantastic Vision Board or update the one you have, the most important thing is that you have a focal point to keep your thoughts active all day long on what you want and not what you don’t want.

Not all that long ago,not everyone had a bank account,today this would be impossible,as all out basic needs are paid on a direct debit,for the services we receive in our homes,only twenty years ago,it was not essential to have a computer,in your home,today it is so important,and could be classed as a great necesite,Of course we could live without a computer,telephone,bank account and hot water,however without them just imagine how complicated life would be and time consuming,boiling water,writing and posting letters etc But,there is still alot of things that we could live without and that are not essential in our lives at all,the fact that we just get use to everything does not mean that our lives without certain things would be more difficult or hard,although the adjustment may be a little difficult.We still have a long way to go,we have created a society where we are never satisfied with what we have,although we are living in a time of over abundance of material goods,however people who have a material life style can suffer greatly with health issues,stress,depression,tiredness etc., It is very important that you realise for yourselves “How much is enough” we need to find a balance point,having more does not give us a better life,so it is important to reflect on this, a lot is at stake,your health……so find your balance and concentrate on a happy life and feel good.
