HEALTH TIPS ……………………………….

Did you know that cramp in your legs can be due to a lack of potassium after intense exercise or by taking diuretics . An easy way to prevent this is to eat a banana or kiwi which are rich in potassium.
Do you know how to avoid cold sores around the mouth area due to simple herpes virus, anything that reduces are defense system will add to the potential of this, whereas what strengthens our defenses will help them disappear. Therefore it is wise to use natural herbs, such as ginseng Echinacea and astragal, you can also buy from the chemist creams that are specially for this virus.

To be able to absorb the calcium that we take in , including vitamin D which can be found in Blue fish, dairy products and eggs.
How to breathe better, when you have a problem with bronchitis or asma it is important to learn how to breath correctly and do the exercises necessary, take air in through the nose and let it out through the mouth slowly little by little through a straw until it is not possible to let out anymore. Repeat this through the day.

TEMPER TEMPER !
Do you have a bad temper, do you fly of the handle really quickly is your first reaction to a debate or proposition, or simply someone who does not share your opinion, aggression in temper form ! If this is the case you really do need to learn how to accept the opinion of others and explain your point of view without losing the plot as they say ……

It is thought by some, that a bad temper can be something that is very kindly handed down to us through our grandparents or parents ! the same as people can have anxiety sadness etc., passed down so can temper…At times it is difficult to deal with people of this nature and we tend to just avoid them as much as possible. If it is you that suffers from this, you may feel that your opinion is valued less, than that of others, as you will have difficulty expressing yourself in a calm matter.
This kind of behaviour can also be caused due to insecurity or when you find it hard to take criticism or you are not taken into consideration , when we are sure of ourselves and are opinions we understand that we can make mistakes and that others have a right to their opinion and negative opinions you will accept in a natural way.
There are a few tips that may help to control this situation, the first step is to recognise that you have a problem with your anger, and to start to understand why you would react in this way, has it been since you were a young child or is it due to when you are under stress think of how of how your parents are or were, are you just mirror imaging what you have seen. You have to start to be aware of when you start to lose your temper and the anger creeps in, and until you know how to handle it immediately the best move is to remove yourself from the conversation or situation until you feel confident enough to handle the problem at hand, step aside and count to ten….
Don’t forget that verbal violence can be very damaging and you should stop as soon as you can, you will be hurting a lot of people, you have to let people know that this kind of reaction is not acceptable, and that it is not the way to have a good social or personal relationship, we all need to learn how to debate a subject.

TAKE THE MOMENT…………………………..
It’s early morning, and your day is starting….do you appreciate this? this moment, is your mindset ready to go, full of appreciation for this morning and moment ? Do you notice the natural light, that your feeling good and are healthy, life is good and when you appreciate this the better it gets… you feel beautiful and love life, appreciate this time , appreciate these moments !

This may sound silly to some, but the secret to wake up and live is the key to how your whole day goes and probably your life,there really is people who wake up and just don’t join life ? They never do, they don’t see anything around them and they certainly do not appreciate life for what it is. You always need to enjoy the little things in life, it is not only the big things that count, the little things can make up so much of your life and should be highly appreciated.

Our moments in life really can pass in the blink of an eye, it’s gone, no more time left, the appreciation of time is essential, but in all departments of our life, this is maybe what most people want more of, yes you should be successful or at least try to have a stress free life, having your future secured etc., but you must always do this maintaining balance and harmony in your life, don’t let your family or even you pay the price of “no time”, time has to be scheduled for all to be happy and fulfilled,you need to always enjoy and appreciate what you have and not just spend all your time thinking about what you should have, appreciate every second, because you will not get it again….no part of it at all.
Mentioning time, another point you should also remember is when you start ruling your life by the phrase, “I’m just waiting for….” we all do it, we tend to think we can’t do something, we can’t act on it …….till ? Stop waiting for, love, happiness, life, that someone, the summer, the winter and so and so on…..don’t wait for anything, act and appreciate the time and situation you have. Appreciate what is around you, the air, the sunshine the rain the trees and plants, the sun and the stars and of course the moon, all for us to appreciate. And of course……….always appreciate yourself, take that moment always ❤
