When life is an uphill climb, which for most of us at some point it is, we need to be able to rely on our motivation or our why, so of course, for this, we need to know what that is for us, what does it represent without that information we will lack motivation in everything we do when we start a diet, our motivation is obviously to weigh less, to enhance our figure and feel good, but to reach that goal we need to have a strong enough conviction and will power to obtain that, if it is purely for you can you stick to it, are you consistent or do you need further motivation or why, this applies in everything, whatever the challenge maybe you are facing, career, love, food, your objective has to be motivated and powered by you and your mindset, if you have children that could be your motivation and why, you want so much for them to reap the benefits of your challenge, you have to hang on very tightly to your reason for your motivation and why.

If you should be alone, a one man band, then you are looking directly at yourself and your determined will- power to motivate yourself along the way, there is no better reason than yourself to do whatever it is your wish to accomplish, because you are worth everything and you need to recognize that value. Motivation and your why is the key to all success, without it you ponder around in the darkness with no direction, shine your light in the direction you wish to go and follow it till the end, there is always light at the end of the tunnel with the help of your personal guidance and self control.
