A little tip for you today, when you have a period of time when you feel your inspiration has abandoned you, pop into the garden, slip of your shoes and place your feet firmly on the ground, preferably the grass, stand or sit for a little while as if you wished to be rooted into the spot, you will feel nature all around you and how it strats to invade your body and mind, If you don’t have a garden, don’t despair, pop along to your nearest park or take a stroll in a nearby wood, being alongside nature will always refresh your mind and your ideas, a well spend moment to recapture your inspiration and clarity.
