So, what are your plans today ? Nothing, that sounds great, or maybe you have a little trip organised or family lunch, what ever you may be doing today, I hope it is without checking your watch and stress free today is the time, I hope that you get the opportunity to charge the battery, rest, feel free and enjoy the day. 

Do you find it hard to switch off, really do nothing, I realise if you have young children that is difficult, well no, impossible actually, been there,done that! but, I do know that the school route is not on today and you can do fun things, that take your mind of the normal Mon-Fri schedule, although we may enjoy our work, it’s just the feeling of freedom we get from a Sunday.

Whatever your decision for today, try to be more peaceful, calm and enjoy your day, whether it be alone or with your loved one’s. Take five minutes to relax, take a look inside yourself and she what you can see, what it is you want, set your weekly goal, your weekly affirmation and mentally take note, get into your mindset and prepare to take the action required .
