Do you find it hard to switch off, really do nothing, I realise if you have young children that is difficult, well no, impossible actually, been there,done that! but, I do know that the school route is not on today and you can do fun things, that take your mind of the normal Mon-Fri schedule, although we may enjoy our work, it’s just the feeling of freedom we get from a Sunday.
Whatever your decision for today, try to be more peaceful, calm and enjoy your day, whether it be alone or with your loved one’s.
