How many times in a negative situation do we say “Why has this happened to me ” this is a negative statement to a negative appearance in our life. Now if we were to say “For what reason has this happened “we would be turning things around a little bit, and not quite giving negative all the joy he would want.
When we start to see, negativity as a learning possibility we take away the power it would of had over us, as purely thinking negative thoughts. We would start to focus more on what we can learn from it,than worry about the inicial negativity it brings us, or even worse see ourselves as a victim. If we choose to believe that everything that happens within our life, is for a reason, which we have no reason not to, this way your focus will automatically switch.
Have you ever applied for a job, or go to buy a house and at the last minute everything goes wrong, and you do not get what you had set your mind on, for sure, someone close to you will have said, “never mind something better is on its way” and usually that is the case.Remember the universe works in mysterious ways! Maybe a negative situation in our life, is telling us, that we still need to learn something or a little more before we take that next step. What ever the reason may be, it is important enough for us, to seek the reason and to attempt to resolve, it may simply be that we need to give it a little attention and not think in total negative terms or as some like to call it continuous bad luck, which I personally do not believe that bad luck follows us around, it will be more connected to the way we think and are letting our thoughts design our life. So, if you can look beyond total negativity the next time it appears in your life, and look for the reason why, and not why me. You will be in total control, and not the other way round, full of worry and anxiety. Focus on the reason why, once you start to incorporate this into your thought pattern, you will automatically do it, I am certain you will see a big change into your way of handling obstacles that we come across from time to time.
