It contributes to hair loss due to the blood circulation in the scalp, it can affect your gums, creating dental loss, your nails can become yellow due to the nicotine, smoking will also take away the natural illumination of your skin and wrinkles will appear earlier and deeper,
Try to include in your facial routine products high in Vitamin C, your perfect partner to delay any signs of aging.
Don’t take any toxic substances, all drugs will affect you both mentally and physically and in the process age you, it can also be the cause of degenerative illnesses, and social problems and takes you away from a healthy life. It is important to have a good social life to maintain a younger life inside and out.
Alcohol is also a no-no, the further away the better, the World Organisation of health defines alcohol as toxic, neurotoxic, and cancerous, when taken in large quantities can create premature aging and social problems, occasional drinking in moderation is fine, including red wine, the grapes have a high content of polifenoles with exceptional power in antioxidants.
Walking each day, the ideal situation would be one hour at a good rhythm but if this is not possible due to time or tiredness a smaller walk is fine, the physical activity daily will improve your health mentally and physically and also generates endorphins which allow us to feel good.
Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a day, when we sleep badly it will reduce our life span, sleep well gives the possibility to regenerate on a physical and mental level. If you don’t sleep the hours you need you are facing the risk of cardio illnesses. Also when sleeping your body does a wonderful job of strengthening your defenses, which also helps the skin by newing the skin cells, when you sleep well you are protecting up to 30% more of the barrier which protects your skin.
Siesta time, no more than 30 minutes, this is good for you but more would have a negative effect on your health, a 30 min siesta can maintain the brain up to 5 years younger. This time refreshes the mind and improves your functions in general allowing you to ingest more information and maintain it.
