When was the last time you wrote a letter, ? and have you ever written one to yourself, well now is the time, if you are waiting patiently for your new life, or just want to make a change in your present circumstances or want your new business venture to go really well, you need to write yourself a letter explaining how well and changed your life is now, how the business has shot of the charts and how you feel with all your new circumstances. If you have difficulties with your planning or even with your visualisation , expressing yourself in a letter to yourself, is a great formula.

When we put pen to paper our emotions flow, and this is to yourself, so we have nothing holding us back, because only you are going to read it, you can express everything you want to manifest, you can express how you feel knowing you have everything your heart desires, you will even surprise yourself, because there is something very magical about expressing your self on paper, you will finally let go and enjoy every word and line you write.

You can go to your letter as many times as you wish, at times when we visualise we are excellent but some times we have days when we are not so good, and we can never visualise the same more than once, however your letter is there always ready for you to read, and…. it can improve your visualisation !! You read, your thoughts go out and then you can visualise, and with the help of the letter, it could be very similar.

So, get pen to paper, and don’t forget to tell yourself how much you admire and love yourself, how proud you are of getting your business of the ground (if that is your case). How in love with life you are, leave nothing out.

You may even find that the experience is so rewarding, that you write to yourself often, if you have a good day, write to yourself and celebrate the good news, you can do this as often as you like. And……yes it is acceptable to email yourself !!!
