Making a positive valuation of ourselves, wil enable us to enjoy our lifes in a good mental state and will make us stronger to cope with our everyday situations.

When we hold a low opinion of ourselves we are placing the first ingredients into a recipe of illness,one after the another,but they can be very hard to detect,because generally we don’t want to see them,this is  not an illness that comes with symptons we are used to feeling, we could start with a lack of appetite,we don’t value ourselves,nothing we do is good enough, this is in your eyes not that of the people aroound you and eventually you will find yourself in a state of depression, you will start to see yourself as maybe fat,ugly,unintelligent,inferior to your colleagues and friends, this is all in your head,but very real to you and this is not a place you want to go, if, however you value yourself and keep yourself on track,you can enjoy your life to the full.

It is important that you keep a good communication path open with all your loved ones,when you feel comfortable to express yourself and can be sincere you will feel good and happy in your surroundings.

Strengthen your capacidades and feel your own positivity.

They love and accept you just the way you are,

Accept the compliments that people give you

Feel your independence

Feel that you are capable of doing whatever you put your mind to 

Accept your responsability
