We are told time and time again, to keep that motivation going, it is down to ourselves to do that,but, unfortunately an influence from the outside can at times make that very difficult, we are told to mix with people who are on the same wave length,therefore keeping the momentum going, it should be an extension of what you are feeling and working towards, but, when that is not the case how do we overcome this obstacle, and it is an obstacle, sometimes big, sometimes small………..

Our mind set is the answer, but we all have our limits or dosis of patience, at the begining when you set out on your path of motivation you work hard to keep your goal and motivation in place, as anything else, when worked on, it becomes a habit, you then know you are on a home run, until you hit the floor running…
