Mirror mirror on the wall…………………….can you honestly tell me when you look into a mirror, do you, see the person you truly are? a younger version of yourself ? of someone you would like to be and try to imitat?

For some people, the simple act of looking into a mirror can be very traumatic, it is an experience they wish they did not have to have and will avoid it at all costs, however for others it is impossible for them to see the person looking back at them, they have conjured up in their mind an image they like to see, and that is what they continually see, and for others the simple aging factor is all too much for them, age is just a number I have said it many times, yes we get older of course we do, it is the only way to live longer…………….thank goodness we say, what many people do not realize is that each age has it’s new factors, that bring new experiences into our life, we are never too old for anything, it is your heart spirit and mind that determine what you do and what you don’t………….each age brings it’s new adventures and learning curve, getting older really can be a joy, which is contrary to what many of us think ! If we wish to concentrate on creeking bones and aches and pains that is what we will have and our older life can be full of it, now is that not something to look forward to, now, if on the other hand, we accept that certain things may not be what we were used to just adapt, there are many different ways and methods to do things, it is your mindset on these things that count…………from that point, you just keep moving forward, full of illusion and not dread. !!

Welcome each day as it arrives, you are full of lived vital experience, a little of this and a little of that, be happy to enjoy this day and everyone that is in it, do not hold a grudge live life to the full, be kind and more than anything else, love yourself more than anything in this world, this will be noticed the way you love yourself will reflect in everything you do, it will be something that others will also notice, and it is always a good indication on how others will treat you ❤
