NEW ROUTINE …………………………….

So, how has your week gone so far, for  those of you that have finished your holidays and are making your way back to normality I imagine some things have been hard. The whole routine we have held in August has now gone , its amazing how just one month can throw us so of key, what happened to the routine in the other months, we feel this change so strongly because the holiday (summer) routine is so laid back, we raise when we want to, even though we may still be early risers it is different, we take coffee and have breakfast/brunch at a slow easy pace, we sometimes even change our normal diet and spoil ourselves we little treats we might not have time for in a normal routine. 

Even if we stay at home, the coffee tastes better and even the fresh air smells  in a different way, everything seems to be more enjoyable, probably due to are relaxed state……

One of the best things about changing our routine is that it is a golden opportunity to make it a new routine, nothing says we have to swing right back into that old routine, if you have been looking for a change, now is your chance, in fact you can change your routine when ever you want, if that is your wish, do it !! but stick to it, this is the major problem, not changing the routine but sticking to it, whatever the change maybe you are looking for, you can do it, whether it be sleeping better, getting the hours you need, making adjustments to your schedule allowing time for new things, it is just a question of re-organisation, write everything on a piece a paper that you would like to incorporate into your new routine, now take the days of the week and start to fill it in, giving yourself time to enjoy each thing new or old…….take your time, you can fit everything in if you give it enough thought and TLC, remember the word can’t do does not exist in our vocabulary……………. If you have children, they will be back into their school routine and this will give you more hours and in some cases take some away, but give your routine balance, it is important for you and your family.

This is the big message, stop wishing and get to it ! we all have this choice, new routine ,new habits  a new choice, when we start to realise that our life is made up of our choices, and the chances and changes we make, at times we hide behind circumstances and situations, but if you think back about something you really wanted or did, did you do it ? did you get it ? if you did, which I am pretty sure you did, think and see it was due to you making that choice, that change and took that chance, don’t hesitate, go for it and enjoy ❤
