Yes, as you know this is my favourite day, the secret to getting the maximum out of today, is not to let anything from the past week affect your day we can’t change it, so leave it there, when we carry something forward with us, it is just another weight to bear, today is today and tomorrow will obviously be tomorrow, but each and everyone is a new wonderful opportunity for us to turn things around and for things to work out the way we want it to be,focus on what you want and not what you don’t want…………….think today of all the lovely things you would like to see in your life, how you would like to see them and with who !
