This is my new floral arrangement for Easter and April on my desk, spring is in the air and I love to see it in my office also, this month is full of new exciting things and I just can’t wait to get started, I have some new clients, the magazine is going to be on its first edition ( more news about that later) I have a 4 week course where I am participating as a Coach, all exciting things, we all grow in different shapes and sizes, life can be so interesting when you join it and do not push it aside or hide yourself away,when we do a mental shut down, that is exactly what happens, we close ourselves of and get lost in our own internal fog, not a good place to be, you will find yourself wondering around wondering where you are, you will lose your focus and everything goes of beat, you will also judge yourself in a detrimental way !! Never lose sight of your value, you cannot imagine how valuable you are ? 

Imagine your garden or window box, starting to show the little shoots of the spring flowers all waiting to show their beautiful colours and shapes, now imagine yourself all ready to show what you are worth, your talents bloom alone, your confidence raises up towards the sun and you are strong and going straight towards your goal. Never feel fear, no matter what you do, when you feel fear, it holds you back, it keeps you hidden in the dark, what can go wrong, for us to fear, failure is a great experience if that is what happens, the ups and downs are also full of knowledge, we learn at every corner and with all the actions we take. 

It is spring for us all, so if you are thinking of branching out, whether it be in your personal or business life, go for it, take that hop skip and a jump, spread your wings and go for your dream…………….if you have something you would like to do and you keep putting it of and putting it of, now is the time to tackle it, don’t put it of any longer………… NOW is the time, even if it is a new hair style or even a new YOU, your time is now, no more excuses !!
