What would you do if one day you were confronted with the question, what would you include on a list of necessities ? We never really think of these things as we have such an abundance of everything that would take care of lifes necessities, you could write a very long list… but in fact we need relatively few essential things, clean water, food, hygiene , fresh air , clothing , some form of shelter , exercise, love and a feeling of freedom. We also need to be one to one with nature, this would help to keep stress down. Today we forget about nature being a natural healer, for many things, we can take a pill for this a pill for that !!
