It’s strange how people who have very little to do with us directly, seem to think that they know us and would even voice an opinion regarding who or how we are…..they have heard a few little snippets or have read something regarding us and away they go, chat chat or filling the heads of others on subjects that in reality know very little about, of course in their mind it makes perfect sense, because that is the way they wish to view it. The dangerous side to this, is, if you are not sure of yourself,if you do not know yourself well enough, you may believe what that person has to say, you may assume their opinion !……….if you have done the homework and delved into yourself being totally honest along the way, you will be fully qualified to make your own judgement and opinion.

How Well Do You Know Yourself

When you know yourself in great detail you are above anyone being able to hurt you with what they have to say, you will not doubt yourself or have second thoughts regarding choices you make on your life journey.  Your happiness depends on how well you know yourself, take control of your life and take a leap into your present and future, while you linger in the past, you will never discover the future, which is, in effect what you are here to do. 

When we feel that we live within limits, it is important for us to see and realise that it is only us, that places the limits we see and the ones we impose on ourselves. When you really go inside of yourself and discover everything there is to know, you will become empowered you are empowered, when you accept yourself for who you are you are invincible and must never forget that should someone love you, it does not mean that you should forget the life project you have of loving yourself. 

When you know yourself well, you can stand up for what you believe in !
