I just had to mention my anniversary today, I was actually reminded by a friend this morning, It is a year ago today that I had my open heart surgery, that I was not expecting at all, and maybe suffered more from shock than any other thing. To find that my mitral valve was wide open and flapping away quite happily was a surprise ! to say the least, however here I am celebrating my year on, a year where I have learned a lot, where I have learned a new way to living and where gratitude for me is now on a totally new level, unbelievable so, it really should not take such a readjustment in our life to value things more, but, maybe it is nature and it does work this way, I for one, can not believe how fortunate I am, to have and be who and what I am, I am healthy and happy, so I really cannot ask for more, as none of this may not have been, apparently I had complications in my operation and was in there for five long hours, which had my family in a rather nervous state to say the least,but as you can see, all turned out well in the end, I am so grateful to everyone involved in my hospital stay and operation, to all my family and friends that were there when most needed, and of course to you all that asked about me and have stayed here with me, I always appreciate my followers, but today I send a special message to you all full of gratitude and wishing you all well in what ever you may do, a big heart-felt thank you ❤
