Now here is a good long list of what we should be doing to show ourselves how much we love ourselves……………..we may not be able to fulfill all of these, but just take a look and lets see what we can do !!

Your point is very valid, some people wear permanent blinkers, and only think of their own ego, however if they wish to change they say you must love and
care for yourself if you wish to care for others
