Do you think we are aware of what happiness is and how we can come about it, and do we truly realise that the power to having happiness in our life is within us all the time, when we accept where we are in life, at this moment, I am not saying forever, when we live in the now and make the most of everyday, we actually can be happy, the key the big secret is to know that you have the power, to choose what we allow into our life and what we don’t and to choose what we are going to let go of, when we allow the process of letting go to take place, the sheer feeling of liberation is happiness within itself.
When we start each day, we have that inner power, we start are day with gratitude in our heart for everything we have, feel and love, we must not confuse happiness with want others want for us,but it should be what you want for yourself. When we are happy it shows in everything we do, it reflects in our movements and attitude and it helps us to look younger…………..when we enjoy the happiness of others, it also shows in our health, when we can express our generosity and joy for others and their good fortune.
Life is precious, and the time we have is also precious, therefore it should not be wasted with unhappiness, and feeling down, don’t waste your time or that of others, being happy is always a better option, being happy is a very personal thing and it really has nothing to do with anyone else.
It is of vital importance that you know how it all begins in your mind, what you give power to, what you focus on , if you allow it, will hold power over you, .Happiness is like a great classic outfit, it never goes out of fashion, when you wear it, you look great, we all have moments when we feel fear, hurt and we are afraid to take a risk , this stops us from being happy…. don’t give that option any further thought, you may think that certain situations could give way to that, but if we maintain motivated and keep your focus when the road gets tough,we can stay happy and thinks will turn around.
Some times we need to learn how to be happy, we need to develop an attitude of gratitude and give thanks for everything that happens to you knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation. Your day or days will be happy if that is what you decide, being happy is a process that we can achieve, you can actually surprise yourself when you realise, yes, this is it ,you guess your happy, you have a home, a career you love and you feel more and more at peace with yourself, it becomes a big part of your life…………..you are officially addicted and just love being happy, you made the decision, stick with it and choose happiness everyday.
