Just tell me one person who does not have an interest in staying younger longer (unless you are 18) that I understand…………. There are a few well-kept secrets that can help us with this not so little job, when we compare ! What a terrible thing to do, no one can compare with you or vice versa, so directly it is a waste of time….. also when we have these thoughts which are totally negative we are doing ourselves no favors at all, they will slow down our personal growth and take away are happiness.
When you notice your excellent points, you will feel better within yourself, if you look at a glossy magazine and try to look like a film star or 18 yr old model, you are going to feel disappointment, but when you embrace who you truly are your beauty inside and out will flourish, you will have confidence in yourself and many other talents that others will not have and many never have, remember as I tell you always you are unique. When you feel good about yourself and feel attractive, other people will feel the same towards you.
Who said you have to be x tall,weigh x and be 20 forever !! no one, because we all know it is impossible, so why do we try so hard ? One thing is wanting to be good for your age and another is being obsessed with your age, the younger you try to make yourself look, badly, the older you actually look. If you go through your life, complaining about every little mark and line that appears, we are forgetting the most important thing, we are alive, imagine what a gift that is, if you were not, we would not be worrying about wrinkles, let the wrinkles in but breath everyday, what a wonderful gift and never forget to say thank you, because we really should feel and be grateful and give thanks.
So, if we have a big thing about wrinkles there are little things we can do to help, lets keep that collagen bouncing around as long as possible, it is when we dehydrate too much that things start to look different, when we start to watch our sugar, wheat,alcohol and coffee intake, we are helping ourselves, so try to cut down a little where possible, fresh air is also a wonderful skin treat, walking, when we walk we allow are blood to oxygenate freely a daily walk is like a mini magic wand, if you can’t get outside, try a static bike, the question is to exercise your lungs,breathing, get the blood moving around,and the heart beating well.
Another little secret is about being kind to yourself, I mentioned the other day that I buy myself flowers, of course I do, I am worth it, of course I am, that and much more, just a few from the garden can make all the difference, if they make you happy, you have just discovered an instant happy fix, taking a lovely luxury bath also is a wonderful way to care for yourself, scented candles maybe even a glass of wine, why not, you also deserve that, it’s your time and it is important you find that whether it be for meditation, alone time, bath time, facials whatever that little care for you session, sneak it in, somewhere in your busy schedule, if you really try you can find this time, it is for you, so it is as important as it being for another person, you would find time for them, would you not ?
There are many secrets to feeling and looking young, when we learn new things, our mind is a very important tool to our well-being, we need to keep active, slowing down is not the answer, when you learn something new, you will feel satisfied with yourself , and enjoy your new abilities.If you do not take this road, which road are you on, what are you waiting for, nothing, you need to keep moving and be an important player in the world. You don’t need to work out a plan, if that is not your style it is not important that you know where you are going, but it is important that you don’t step of the world, because it will not wait for you, it will keep going, with or without you, when you join in, your vibration raises, your health improves and you feel good !! And that is what life is all about, do you feel good ?
