Change, what do we think of when we hear or see the word change, at the moment we are changing seasons which really are quite spectacular wherever you are, the transition is much more than you think, if you give it your attention and focus on what nature has to offer. With every change of season, we also start to change our habits from summer to winter,sliding through autumn admiring all the beautiful colours and even bareness of the leaves, allowing all the winter light to shine through, we start to adjust our timetables which are some what enforced upon us due to the temperature and the light, our activities also change, so many things we do in the summer have to be put aside until summer returns, which of course it always does ! And exciting new activities open up to us, that we could not do before, so all things considered it is pretty much swings and roundabouts, except of course our personal preference of hot or cold or warmer or cooler , depending on where we are.
Now as we accept the seasonal change, why don’t we look inside and start to make the changes you would like to see within your self, it is a perfect time of year to start your personal transformation, maybe you need to take pen to paper to jot down the real things you are happy with and not, maybe you need professional help, this is where a Coach can come in very handy, it is one of the busiest times of the year for me, it is a great starting point, the fall offers time and climate to get inside yourself, and to find your path, by the time the summer comes around you are grounded and remember everything you have learned and your new habits have formed, so after your summer break, most people fall back into their new routine, the summer is full of temptation and it is normal that our routine changes, it is having the strength and stability to go back to your routine that counts, and this is when a Coach can be of great assistance, in returning you to your routine, to form a new encouraging routine and to show and lead you to what you really want in life, as many people do not know, do you know what you want in life ? if you do not have an answer instantly for this, the chances are you are not sure, and need to clarify your thoughts.
As we go through life, we do change, our circumstances and responsibilities change and this in turn gives us a different outlook on things, than what we held before, change is not something to be feared, in most cases it is a positive experience, and if you know you want change but not sure in what, seek that advise you need. It is not a difficult task, life at the end of the day, is basically simple, it is us , ourselves that complicate life or our lives, they way we react to situations or people.
Do not be afraid of change, it is amazing what a fulfilling and happy life you can lead, with just a little change within you or your surrounding, at times we do not see the obvious, which is why we at times need a little help.Be brave, fear has no room in your life.
