
Science has proved that the artificial light we receive and suffer on a daily basis within our homes, office etc., can provoke a delay of two hours within our internal clock.
The consequences to this, is we may go to bed much later than we should and therefore don’t sleep the hours we should for our bodies to be in great health and perform as expected.
However, there is a remedy which has also been proven, a little escape to the mountains or a great walk in nature can help to adjust this internal clock, by increasing our exposure to natural sunlight.

When we incorporate plants into our home decor and daily living, we are giving ourselves a wonderful gift, not just by seeing these magnificent plants everyday, we are also giving a certain about of positive energy into our home, the colours and scents help us to reduce stress and fight away depression.
They also help with our concentration and clarity of mind, they also purify the air of nasty toxins that can be found within our homes, and can create a certain amount of humidity.

The Golden Pothos for example, shown above is one of the best indoor plants for cleansing benzene present in tabaco smoke.
So, get out in the natural sunshine and light,and put a plant in your life

Great idea! Im actually going to go and get a nice plant this weekend for my room. Living in Arizona, I think one of the “Palms” would work nice:)
