When we work on our dreams we all talk about “what we want ” and yes, this is very important that we are aware of “what we want”, we can not work on a plan of action or visualise something we do not have extremely clear, knowing what we want is and has to be number 1 on your list…………………………….however…………………it is also very important that you are also aware of “what you have ” have you ever thought of that ? probably not, not everyone does………….it has a very important role in you obtaining what you want, you have to be aware of “what you have” it can be friends, family, a job, a salary, a home, food, an education even down to a beautiful view from your window, sunshine on your body, water in your taps……………..some are everyday things we just take for granted………….all of us !!
When we are hungry, we eat and when we are thirsty we drink, do we really think about this, or do we just do it ! There are many many people who have to think about this long and hard, I am not only talking about third world countries, many people in our modern world that struggle to fulfil these what may seem simple to us, we worry about diets and healthy food, we work out are weekly eating plan and exercise, which I am all for, but do we realise that this is a luxury in life to many ? We worry about our skin and hair, some do not have enough water to fill a cup ! Our everyday life is filled with stress about things we take for granted, food water clothes ( our images, fashion trends etc ) we could take all these things of our stress list, we do not have a problem with them, so lets embrace all those things and be grateful
Imagine how it would be without all these things………………then you would have a problem, so lets save the headaches and the drama for problems that are needy of us and not trivial to us, at the moment by feeling thankful for all these things in your life you will feel much better and nothing feels greater than appreciating what we have and our surroundings, we really do live in a beautiful and privileged world.
