
A Cardio-protection recipe !!
A salad of Lamb’s Lettuce, strawberries and goats cheese.
You will need:- 150 g of strawberries, 200 g of goats cheese, 1 small spring onion.
For the vinagret and hazel nut dressing:- 4 soup spoons of oil, 2 soup spoons of vinegar, 1 soup spoon of mustard, 2 soup spoons of hazel nuts, salt & pepper.
It will take you, approx 30 mins, will serve 4 people, and only 235 calories !!
Heat a few drops of oil in a pan and place hazel nuts until golden brown, mix in a bowl the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt & pepper and whisk to obtain the dressing and add the hazel nuts.
Wash the strawberries, dry and cut them into slices, prepare the cheese and cut into small squares, clean and slice spring onion, place everything together in a salad bowl with your lettuce and mix, pour your dressing over the salad and serve………………………………………..
