Depression should not be confused with sadness, depression is a terrible pain which affects your whole being, when you suffer from depression you will be emotionally blocked and thrown into absolute darkness, your mind will spin and spin .

It is said that when in depression, one of the best things you can do is write, write all your experiences and thoughts, you feel as though you are in a tunnel with no lights and you are totally incapacitated to find your way out, you will also feel anxiety, you will feel like a washing machine on full spin ! you can not make any decisions. Depression is a common problem, but in fact little is truly known about it, this is hard to believe and even more confusing from the people who suffer from depression, they find themselves trying to feel happy or crying because they can not choose what to wear. 


Another big thing with depression is, you will tend to become an island to yourself, you will slowly close everyone out, when you read and write , it will help you to reconnect to yourself, your inner self, it will silence the devils that run around your mind, also a sport is good if you can, the body suffers and this can help, also with the pain in your soul. Many feel panic over the medication for the symptoms but don’t resolve anything, also many search for the why, the origin, when depression can out live anything or anyone. It is said that Churchill suffered depression, but he governed a country during a war, there is no set perfil it can and does affect anyone. 


This illness is not a pain in the leg, arm or stomach, it is something very different and it takes strength, and determination and a lot of love to overcome this, if you have someone near to you with depression, be patient, understand, help when you can and love from the bottom of your heart, always seek professional advice if you feel is necessary .
