First job this week, this very Monday, eliminate the following from your vocabulary “Everything turns out wrong” “I have so much bad luck” “Why is it, always me”are never to find your vocal chords again. Now that we have that out of the way, you will feel better about your situation and being happy is partly depending on you, this could be taken out of any self help book!! but most psychologist’s and therapy worker’s will agree with this, I however don’t think it is something you can do one day to the next, it is not instant and we don’t have a magic wand, but loving yourself a little more, feel more emotionally balanced and having a positive attitude are three essential steps, to achieve a big impact on your life and for you to see that life really does let the sun shine on you.
The positive attitude is the capacity for you to wait, for others and ourselves and circumstances which will appear for us to feel fine. It’s true that at times things do not work out how we expected , but if we trust that they could go well , it’s much more possible for us to find a solution. Instead of being overcome by a problem and feel that it is growing out of proportion, if we are thinking in a positive way we will be more prepared to resolve it. This does not come from fear or incorrect attitude, it comes from trust in our capabilities. Don’t take in this “we must be perfect, looking to be perfect is a full time job, when you free yourself of this heavy weight, it helps us to look forward in the world that surrounds us and we start to enjoy the smaller things life has to offer, when we overcome the obsession to want what we don’t have, we do see what we do have. It’s not a question of being Superwoman/man , it is a question of trusting that life can be good for us. Thinking good will bring a good outcome, leave the ego and have the confidence to raise yourself, and of course don’t under any circumstances feel sorry for yourself. You are not a victim.
