How quick, here we are again, week end………. so what are you going to do over the next few days, relax as always (where possible) is always top of the list, but how about a little Romance as well, but tell me something, why, when we think of this do we automatically think of candle lit dinner, roses, champagne romantic spot etc., ?I think this is great, but it might not be for you at this moment in time,If you are alone you may be thinking…I’m really going to enjoy this, well guess what, you actually could….How about using all that energy in falling in love with yourself, we know your worth it, so why settle for less, we are busy all week, so why not spoil yourself at the week end, you can create your own little spa at home, relaxing music, a perfumed candle, a glass of wine and a lovely hot bath filled with your favourite bath oils, and just let the tension of the week fall away, you can also prepare a favourite dish to eat and enjoy, no rush just time for yourself.

When we love ourselves and respect and value everything about us, these evenings are pure bliss and luxury, because when we care for ourselves in this way, we have room in our hearts to care another. It is when the “Magic” happens.

Now… if you are in the company of your partner in life, this does not mean, that all the things I mentioned candles roses etc., have to apply, some times the most simple things in life, are the one’s we remember most, they stay with us forever, the fact that you are together and enjoy the moment, the company. The moment is exactly that ! To enjoy the moment (many don’t) this is when we take things for granted, don’t ever lose your moments, love between two people is a life long adventure, to be enjoyed

If you are in the company of your life partner, this does not mean that love for yourself does not have the same importance, love for yourself is necessary for you to love another , in the true sense of the word.
