SO .. what are you doing, what are you thinking, what are you focusing on right now ? (apart from reading my post, of course) Are you having problems switching off !! Remember what you are thinking right now is coming right towards your front doorstep….. so if you are going over and over a problem this week-end, stop right now, because all you are doing is feeding this monster , and it will just come back time and time again, much of the same, time and time again, however if you could turn this around, what comes back would be different and certainly more favourable to you. Starve it to death and start to see a positive outcome, you see, if you sit back a little and hold on to your thoughts but imagine a good result instead of the terrible one that you are worrying about, every situation can have a positive shift to it, you just need to see it, and believe that this could happen.
The saying says “There are always two sides to a coin” and problems and situations in our life are exactly the same, but at times we are so involved we just don’t see it, that’s why it’s important to sit back and try to see it from the outside looking in, take yourself out of the situation, think of it happening to a third party, What advice would you give ? Would you be able to see the positive and the negative ? Would you be able to take it as an experience worth going through ? You see with every situation and worry (work/relationship/family etc.,) we do grow as a person, we learn and we take what we have learnt with us in a positive way, always seek the positivity in everything you do……………………………And switch off, it’s the week-end !!
