Moment – A specific point in time. A point in time that is gratifying or noteworthy. Some moments you remember for whatever. A precise point in time. In physics moment is a combination of a physical quantity and a distance.
There are moments in our life that should be there forever, this however do’s not mean we should live in the past, the past has gone, the future is yet to arrive, but the ever present (moment) is now, if you have a tendency to go back to the past and feel stuck there, it is time to incorporate the law of acceptance into your life, so what is that, I hear you saying, when we have a moment good or bad but is ever present and will not release you into your present moment, it is holding you back, it is a block to you, so it is time to accept this situation, this does not imply that you agree, you may disagree with it, this is not a problem, but you have accepted this situation, therefore you are free to move forward, and enjoy your present moment. Even bad moments can be precious to us, for many reason’s, we could of lost someone, very dear to us, but when we accept this, we feel more free to move forward without a sad or depressing sensation that come’s with it, when it is a good moment it can be the same, we look time and time again to repeat that moment alone or maybe with somebody else, we can not do that, no two people are the same, remember we are all unique, that moment has gone, although it is dear to us, we have to just accept it for whatever it is, agree or disagree that is your choice and move forward and find your new moments, are life is made up of moments, good, bad and indifferent. When you use the Law of Acceptance in your life you and the people around you will be happier and life will be good. Don’t carry heavy mental luggage, that you don’t need to carry. Just accept it.
