It is true what they say, that success is your birthright, we were all born with incredible inner power, to control our life, but not all of us take this great power,we give it away to others and they program and control your life for you. However when you make the decision to become an entrepreneur you have to be ready to accept responsibility for your life and happiness, you know deep down why you were created and how to find true happiness within your work.

I was going to write a post today, regarding gratitude, but I found everything I would have said on these wonderful quotes, I hope you agree,

Do you attract money to yourself or are you pushing it away like you would the plague. Do you think your money energy works for you ?
We have a selected amount of money energy which can be positive or negative, when you have positive money energy and you make it strong and stronger you will attract more money and keep making more money you will always replace your money, however if you have negative money energy the reverse will happen, you will spend more, and make the wrong decisions with reference to your money, you are actually pushing money away from you.

Our personal goal is to have positive money energy, so do you have that or not ? By looking at your personal situation right now will answer that for you, if you are having a fabulous life and pay all your bills, travel when you wish and are happy with your bank account, I would say you have positive money energy, however you may feel strong an it is just not happening for you. this could be thoughts and beliefs, which in turn are picked up by your subconscious mind, your money energy is created by your subconscious mind, which is when the Law of Attraction steps in bringing you situations that match your subconscious, as this is an energy that can be picked up on by others, they will either help you to make more money or they will help you lose it !!
The more negative your thoughts, in your subconscious mind the harder it will be to make and have money.Nothing will work with the presence of negative thoughts, even from other people if they are close to you, they can influence your thoughts, you need to change your thoughts and beliefs regarding money, give your subconscious mind new positive thoughts and truly believe you are worthy of financial abundance for yourself and your family.
Change your thoughts, change your life and that of your family, your thoughts become your reality, this has been proved so many times.

From the moment we wake, we should be thinking of ourselves and how to bring ourselves into the world without a drastic jerk, from our quiet hours of sleep, as I have made it my business to learn as much as I can recently regarding the heart, I have been told that the heart is particularly sensitive during the morning hours, in fact, there are more heart attacks during this time, than any other ? We should be more aware of how to wake our little hearts with respect and loving care.
Let’s take a look, as we are now aware, the first hours are the most delicate , a good start is with tea, and more so green tea, as the leaves of this tea are not fermented they hold their qualities better, which give us more positive results in our cardio health, it reduces cholesterol and the risk of a stroke. It is sufficient to drink one or two cups a day.
For those of you that need that coffee kick in the morning, it is fine to have coffee, but just do not over do it, a cup of coffee in the morning will get you going and will not give you palpitations, as you may have heard.
To move or pedal on a bicycle is excellent exercise and can reduce your chance of a heart attack by 11 to 18% .It is sufficient to pedal half an hour a week to give you heart protection, although the perfect thing would be every morning.
Did you know that if you own a dog, your heart will be stronger and your immune system more resistant, when you own a dog, you stand the chance of having a 53% more active life, walking and playing with your pet, they are also great friends against stress.

Take your blood pressure, on a regular basis but don’t become obsessed with it, if you are taking medication for this a reading of 14/9 should be your limit.
Energy drinks can affect your heart pace, if you take more than two cans a day, if you wish to make your own isotopic drink you can use 850ml of water, 50g of sugar, 100ml of natural lemon juice, & 2g of salt. This is rich in sodium, potassium and magnesium, if you don’t abuse this it has no side effects.
If you suffer from high blood pressure, cholesterol or diabetes do not take a calcium supplement, you can have calcium directly from food, but it is not recommended as a supplement.
Living as close as you can to nature is always a big plus, but if you live in the city, try to find times to visit parks or green areas, this will reduce your stress levels and relax your mind.
Be very aware of your breathing ,insufficient breathing effects your lungs, oxygen in blood and your circulation.

It is now a known fact the exercise can help us with are own particular little war with ageing. 
It is also known that for every minute we spent exercising and being active we add 7 minutes onto our life, I would say that is a pretty good exchange and well worth the effort…. Exercise apart from keeping heart problems, hyper tension diabetes and cholesterol at bay, it also strengthens bones and muscles and helps with are flexibility.
Exercise not only tones our muscles it also tones our skin , if you look at people who participate in activities you will see they have a smoother skin and better colour, if you exercise outside don’t forget to protect yourself from the sun. When we exercise we become motivated and push ourselves to enjoy more and different exercises, which gives us illusion for life and returns balance to our everyday living.
When we do exercise we produce endorphins which are responsable for our well-being, we learn to breathe correctly which brings us great benefits,the rhythm and depth of your breathing will help to activate or relax you, concentrate on filling and emptying your lungs, we oxygenate are body and skin which also helps to eliminate stress, stress being an important factor for ageing.
Always remember to drink plenty of water during your activities to eliminate toxins .
